Well, the weather is looking up a bit here. We're actually having a sunny day and supposed to make it up into the 60s! Hope you guys are warm and sunny too!
I'm going to try to kick my protein up a notch and see if I can not get the weight loss rolling again... Still want to lose another 40 pounds before I'm done!

here's the plan. idk how well i'll be able to stick to it but i did pretty good yesterday so i'm optimistic that today will be a good day too

lunch: Arbys grilled chicken salad about 1 cup with ckn,cucumber, tomato, cheese, I may not have eaten an entire cup of food but close, no crackers...
no snack yet, I think for supper I'll have a porkchop grilled or 4 oz of it and a vegie.. I may have a protein shake later too, i did the two mile hike with pups... might get on tread mill too, guess who moved into neighborhood today? A professional trainer, how cool is that? I'm excited to see if he'll work out a routine for me on treadmill and something for strength...
I'm really focused on the protein for the time being, so will stop including my drinks and vitamins and such so as to concentrate on the protein only...

Totals for the day are about 90 ozs liquids, 1200 cals, 70 carbs and 121 grams protein! Best day in MONTHS!!
