Okay, I have to drive 140 miles to do a training Weds and then drive back the same distance, so I didn't want to come dragging in Weds afternoon and forget to put a post up for you guys! SO, here it is! Tell us what you ate Weds! Lea

i have a horrible migraine today so i'm not doing so great with my foods right now. i just got out of med-plus and am about to go to bed. (they gave me a shot of toradol and another one of phenergan in addition to the liquid lortab for the residual headache so i'm gonna crash pretty hard in a minute.) anywho, these aren't really in "meal" form but at least i'm getting my protein in for the day. 2 small mcd's coffees - 3 hours apart (1 cream, 1 sugar each plus one scoop of "all the whey" protein powder each and 4 splenda french vanilla flavor blends packets each.) and later today i'll have a strawberry flavored 50 gram slam split up into two different "meals". this makes my totals look something like this: 504 calories 7 g. fat (12%) 16 g. carbs (12%) 100 g. protein (76%)

breakfast: 1 whole egg, 1 egg white 1 slice cheese, scrambled snack: protein drink lunch: 1 slice 7 grain bread 1 slice cheese 2 tsp butter=grilled cheese supper: 1 cup steel cut oatmeal w/ 2 T 1/2 & 1/2 snack: protein drink

I finally get an opportunity to post my daily meal. So here it goes: Breakfast--1 serving Malt O' Meal with Splenda brown sugar and cinnamon; two pieces rusk Mid-morning snack--1 cup skim milk Lunch--homemade 12 bean soup with smoked turkey Afternoon snack--mini bag popcorn Dinner--(plans anyway) Catfish; okra Dessert--dark chocolate piece (Toblerone) to celebrate my birthday Before bed--1 cup skim milk (maybe) Sally

I am truely concerned about my fluid intake so I started my day w/2 16oz bottles of Propel ( my drink of choice) and unfortunately a handful of goldfish crackers with the baby. Lunch - 2 slices of ham and provolone rolled up. Snack - Handful of Cheez-its Large Tea w/splenda and milk and a package of PB cups. Dinner - Plan on barilla pasta w/onion,mushroom and tomato 4-5 oz tilapia baked. snack- whole wheat pita pocket with .75ounces of PB.

Breakfast 1/4 of a weigh****chers ham and cheese muffin snack none lunch 1/2 grilled cheese sandwhich 1 cup broth chicken snack popcorn dinner 1/2 hamburger 96% lean 1/2 baked potato 1/4 cup corn no after dinner snack today b-12, multi vitamin lots of water........................

b'fast: Protein shake and 1/2 banana snack: 1/2 serving soy crisps lunch: 2/3 ham & cheese omlet, 1 sl. ww toast, 2 slices tomato (from Waffle House) snack: protein bar supper: 3 oz. turkey keilbasa, 10 rf wheat thins will probably have 1/2 apple later while watching America's Next Top Model

i missed it tonight, who got cut? is heather still in the running? breakfast: protein shooter25 coffee x3 2 cheese sticks with ham rolled up lunch snack two packs (not at one time) pb crackers and a pumpkin spice protein bar later too green tea sf x2 dinner: steak 4 oz and 1oz sweet potato with a tiny bit of margerine on it.. we walked the babies again tongith and last night too, my eyes are blurry so i'm ging to bed..
