10/9 TUES What did you eat today?

breakfast: protein shake lunch: fage yogurt and 1/4 cup blueberries supper: 1 1/2 cup lipton soup with 1/3 cup oyster crackers (what a useless meal...zero nutrition, all salt and carbs) I had a marathon (4 1/2 hour) dental appointment, so I really didn't feel like eating. Tomorrow will be better.
