10/9 TUES What did you eat today?
Well, the "holiday" is over and the kiddies are back to school! That means that I don't spend my day today thinking about how terribly my daughter eats on a lazy day at home.... Yesterday was the first time I really paid attention to her eating habits on days off from school. We're going to seriously need to work on that! I think that habits just like that may have been part of what got me where I was as a preop! I will seriously reconsider putting some things in my grocery cart now too!
SO, what are you eating today?? I've got my nose to the grindstone for work today and not eating like I should. I took my vitamins and such, but have only had a Carb Master yogurt so far today (12 grams protein). I hope to get back on track here in a bit!

well, this was my "plan" for today:
b: 2 slices healthy life whole wheat w/flaxseed bread, toasted. one with pb&co cinnamon raisin swirl, the other with pb&co dark chocolate dreams
s: 1 scoop wheybolic extreme 60 (vanilla flavored) in coffee w/splenda french vanilla flavor blends
l: 3 oz. honey chicken dipped in honey mustard
s: 1/4 turkey bacon ranch wrap from arby's, 1/3 of OS TRIM teriyaki flavor stick (ostrich/beef stick found at gnc)
d: 3 oz. tuna with dijonnaise
s: 1/2 strawberry flavored 50 gram slam
884 calories
26 g. fat (26%)
56 g. carbs (22%)
112 g. protein (52%)
and as you can see, it was a very GOOD plan. unfortunately though, i had to go for bloodwork this morning and had to be fasting so i kinda got a late start on all this. so far i still have to drink the 1/2 strawberry flavored 50 gram slam, drink my protein coffee AND eat the 3 oz. of honey roasted chicken. **whew** thatsa lotta food!!! thankfully the majority of it is in liquid form though, lol, so maybe it won't be too hard
Back after my weekend without internet-I feel like I am in the woods for the weekend or something.
Believe it or not I had a wedding on Saturday and that was the best I probibly did all weekend. I had a small amnt of pasta and prime rib. 2 stuffed mushrooms and some cheese and fruit as app's.
As for today
B:Matrix protein shake
L:4oz Lobster steamed 1 Tbls butter to dip a little
S:Choc Protein shake w/ med banana
I have to get a differrent job- This is what happens at work-
1 bag Peanut M&m's
Couple handfuls soy nuts and trail mix w/ dried fruit.
1 large Protein bar
Dinner(later)- Barilla plus pasta w/ sauteed mushrooms/onions and tomatoes.
Alot more water I hope.
Well went grocery shopping today trying to eat better and different things, didn't help with todays menu same old things:
B: Coffee w/protein powder 23p
S: Cashews 10p
L: Ham & Cheese sub 14p
only ate a little of the bread
lettuce, tomato,onions
light mayo
S: dannon yogurt 5p
mini pretzles 2p
D: Hamburger 12p
(no bun)
Asparagus
2 small pieces of date bread
Think that's enough for today, took all meds and vitamins ,but didn't get my walk in it was just too darn hot.

Well, as I said, I got a crappy start with just a yogurt for breakfast. Here's how it worked out...
breakfast--vitamins and yogurt and fiber pills
snack--calcium, fish oil, and iced tea
lunch--turkey pepperoni crisps, cheddar cheese
snack--fiber pills and Lean Cuisine steak tips and broccoli entree
dinner--italian sausage with marinara sauce over barilla plus pasta
snack--piece of pumpkin bread at the 4-H meeting
For the day, probably 65 proteins and at least 90 ozs liquids.

Today I have eaten the following
Breakfast--8 oz skim milk in my sugar free coffee/mocha drink
Lunch------3 oz tuna and 4 squares saltine crackers
Afteroon snack----12 oz. skim milk coffee mocha as above (got to stop these drinks!! Too much money, & carbs)
Dinner 3 oz. tuna
Night snack Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt and 1 oz. raw almonds.
Total Calories a bit low at 688
Carbs 47 grams
Protein 76 grams
I need to up the calories a bit and keep the carbs low.
Tomorrow is my 18 month surgiversary! Will let you know the stats tomorrow. Julia
