10/8 MON What did you eat today?
I've really had a hard time posting the food, and I don't know why, but I have to keep re-typing and previewing, and sometimes it is only 1/2 my post. Soooooo.....one last try, here goes...
breakfast: protein drink
snack: kashi go lean, 1/2 small banana
lunch: eggplant parm (about 1/3 cup)
supper: 2 oz chicken, 1/2 meatball, and small salad w/ 1T ff dressing
