10/8 MON What did you eat today?
Wow, 3 more weeks.... The time is flying now! My daughter had no school today and I see the terrible food choices she's made and realize that I was probably just the same back at her age... I think it has made it easier for me not to snack today!
SO, for today, I have had the following:
breakfast--bacon (20 grams protein)
snack--calcium, fish oil, fiber pills and 32 ozs iced tea
lunch--turkey pepperoni crisps, cheddar cheese cracker cuts (25 grams protein)
snack--calcium, fish oil, fiber pills and 32 ozs iced tea
dinner will be either leftover meatloaf again or leftovers of that Hamburger Helper creation I made the other night (beef, kidney beans, cheese, and rice) which will give me 25+ protein either way.
I'll be at 70+ for the whole day and I will have at least 80 to 90 ozs of liquids.

For me so far the day looks like this:
decaf coffee
B: 6 oz. fage with davinci vanilla sf (16 g.)
S: 1 pc. ezekiel toast (4)
L: 1 morning star farms black bean burger with 1 sl. ch (16)
vitamins
D: Made veal patties (not breaded) in onion gravy for the boys....maybe try some of one of those: (protein -guessing 20)
Looks like it might be a night for a protein drink. Got 6o oz. of crystal light in me already.

Bkfst: Pure Protein bar and coffee
Snack: Atkins Oatmeal Raisin Bar
Lunch: OM Kiddie Snackable\V-8\jello
Snack: Multigrain tortilla chips with cheese and salsa
Dinner: hamburger with cheese,lettuce,tomato,onion on a lt. bun. (was also going to have a salad but erped on the last bite of burger....ate these three days in a row and erped on the third day---who can figure it????
Snack: mandarin oranges (forgot about these! Ate them all the time just post op and they are yummy!)
110 grams of protein/less than 75 carbs
Did 45 minutes of new strength training Owwwwie!!!! My wing muscles are hurting!

l: 3 oz. honey roasted chicken w/hellmann's honey mustard
s: pringles wheat stix (vanilla flavored)
d: 3 oz tuna w/dijonnaise, 5 wheat thins
s: chocolate flavored 50 gram slam
totals:
877 calories
22 g. fats (23%)
62 g. carbs (24%)
115 g. protein (53%)
ok that's weird. it told me in my hotmail account that you were asking where i found the bread and the pringles wheat stix but that post is nowhere to be found, lols!! anywho, i found them at wal-mart. the pringles are (obviously) near the pringles but they're in a box instead of a can. and the bread was really good, only 80 calories for two slices and 15g carbs (yeah!!! for TWO slices!!!)

Didn't eat much today... been really buzy, and my lunch wasn't very good so I threw most of it away.
1 oz colby jack cheese
half of a Ham and cheese sandwich from the cafeteria (mayo tasted funny so threw all but a few bites away got some ham in)
1 rockstar zero carb drink
1 shreaded beef and cheese microwave burrito.
Snack on a few triscuits.
Not the best of days have been out of town and eating out for the last three days....

(kid's portion, only ate 2 of 5 pieces)
