Another weekend and this one is 3 days for most folks... At least the kids get 3 days around here. We've got that weenie wagon/bake sale fundraiser all weekend... I guess I'll be having a chili dog for lunch tomorrow... LOL Tell us what you're eating! Lea

've had a crappy week and keep telling myself that posting here will help. But, some days I'm embarassed to even type it up! Today, for instance, I met a woman to give her a big box of clothes I'd shrunk out of. Then, I went for a drive through the country to a used clothing place I'd heard about on my local Freecycle group. I found a nice, long CASHMERE winter coat for ONE DOLLAR! I didn't find a whole lot of anything in my size, but the drive was nice. Well, I didn't eat before I left! As a matter of fact, I didn't eat anything till after 2 pm and then it was a Slim Fast low carb RTD protein drink... I did have a large cup of iced tea with me, so I was drinking, but not eating. And, as I was out in the country here in WV, there wasn't even anywhere I could stop and grab something till I was almost 10 minutes from home and at that point, why bother when you can wait till you get home! So, my day went like this: early--vitamins and drink breakfast--32 ozs iced tea and fiber pills lunch--Slim Fast low carb RTD and second dose of fiber pills snack--Doritos! Can you believe it? After not eating any real food, I reached for Doritos! UGH..... Dinner--beef, kidney beans, cheese and rice that started out as a Hamburger Helper dish but got changed up so much it didn't even resemble where it started And, I'll probably have an apple as my evening snack as I sooooo need the fiber! For the whole blessed day, I may have gotten 55 to 60 grams of protein again....not nearly the 80 to 100 my Nut wants me aiming for right now. I have, however, drank almost a gallon of liquids not even counting the Slim Fast... Hugs, Lea

Lea, Sorry you had such a bad day, hopefully tomorrow will be better!!!! B: Coffee w/protein powder 23p L: 6 piece chicken nuggets 20p Chick-fil-a 10f S: peanuts and raisins 10p D: hamburger 30p 1/4 cup potatoes S: SF pudding 3p Took all my meds and vitamins, walked for the third day in a row and went shopping for some shorts to wear this weekend. Didn't find shorts but got a cute pair of capris at the Avenue for $7.50. Doesn't compare to your incredible sweater find, but at least they fit me. Have a great weekend, I'll be in Williamsburg and won't be able to post my daily food log, no computer access. But I have protein bars and my peanut raisin mix to help me through. Robin
