Well, well, well... Another week is almost gone! Isn't the time flying! Halloween will be here before we know it and the Christmas stuff is already out in the stores! What are you eating today?? Are you being good and not tasting the Halloween candy??? I'm baking full-sugar stuff for a bake sale today and I am happy to report that I've not been tempted to even lick the spoon! I even washed off what got on my fingers instead of eating it! Felt pretty good! Lea

b: hot supplement s: nothing because of a meeting at work l: hot supplement s: supplement bar d: 2 hot supplements s: hot supplement I wish I had been able to have my morning snack. Not having it really affected my day but I had no time between teaching and the meeting to heat up my supplement. In retrospect, I probably could have had my supplement bar and then had my aide watch my class for two minutes in the afternoon while I went next door and heated up a supplement. I'll have to try to remember that the next time we have a meeting. I have not tasted any halloween candy and am surprisingly not tempted to.

B'fast: Cappucino Protein Shake made with skim milk Snack: 1/2 of a Special K bar Lunch: Chineese buffet -- brocolli w/ beef, mushrooms, chicken w/vegies, a few shrimp Supper: (a sandwich!): 2 oz. ham, dill pickle slices, 1 slice ww bread, FF mayo, mustard, and some soy crisps Snack: Carb master yogurt

Not a good day, but not too terrible either. I spent all afternoon doing that baking and didn't eat a single cookie or muffin! Yeah me! But, I got a crappy start and not a great finish either! early--oatmeal/chocolate chip cookie (5.4 grams protein) vitamins and fiber snack--calcium, fish oil, and iced tea lunch--cheddar cheese and turkey pepperoni crisps with a few vegetable chips crackers (24 grams protein) snack--calcium, fish oil, and iced tea dinner--leftover meatloaf from a couple nights ago (31 grams protein) snack--vitamins, fiber pills, and an apple Totals for the day were 1000 calories, 50 carbs, and 60 grams protein and I drank 96 ozs... Had an ok day caught myself grazing...hum will have to see what that's about so here goes the food intake: B: Coffee w/half & half 2p S: peanuts and raisins 10p L: 1/2 ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD 13p FROM PANERA BREAD (left most of the lettuce ate the chicken, almonds and crispy things) Turkey from 1/2 sandwich 15p S: Coffee w/protein powder 23p S: banana 3p D: baked meatballs 20p 1/4 c penne pasta S: peanuts and raisins 3p Did well with proteins 86 took meds and drank 1 bottle of water, coffee, and crystal light. Snickers marathon protein bar 1 slice of peperoni pizza 1 1.5 oz bag of Sun Chips 1 lowfat yogurt (dannon) 1 peanut-butter cookie 1 bowl of Chili with grated cheese melted inside 1 bowl of cinamon life cereal I may down a 42oz protein bullet before I go to bed...haven't decided yet.
