10/1 WEDS What did you eat today?
Oh my, the Halloween candy is killing me !!!! Yes, a bite here and a bite there WILL add up!!!!!!! I just gotta get control of this!!! Easy, just dont buy it right??? Well, I have 2 healthy boys who enjoy a piece here and there...??????
Ok, so enough venting.....
Today so far-
B- Coffee & protein ball
L- Spicy chicken burrito (& 2 bites of a mini heath bar)
S- SF popsicles

Breakfast - 1/2 a muscle milk before I lost interest.
Took a 2 hr nap w/baby- Beautiful
Lunch - Grilled cheese on small WW bread
Walked 3.75 miles
Ate Cheetos with the kids- UGH!!!! about 1/2 c maybe
1st snack at work-2oz 2% cheese and an apple
Plan for dinner- $oz pork roast w/ 1/2 c pineapple
Choc protein shake later- at wor****il midnight so need something around 11pm to avoid the midnight nachos.
I guess I will try the "What did you eat today" I wasn't really good today--too many carbs. I drank 16 oz skimmed milk for breakfast and lunch in the form of a hot sugar free vanilla--skinny latte so each "meal" was 173 calories and 24 grams carbs with 17 grams of protein. Afternoon snack, which wouldn't have been necessary if I had eaten better during the earlier part of the day, 4 squares (sm.) crackers 52 calories, 9 carbs and 1 protein. Dinner 3/4 cup of refried beans-199 calories, 39 carbs and 26 protein and 2 string cheese at 160 calories, 2 carbs and 14 grams of protein. Night time snack is Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt--60 calories, 3 carbs and no protein with 1 oz. of raw almonds at 164 calories, 6 carbs and 6 protein grams. I need to recheck the package for the yogurt as it should have some protein.
