Oh my, the Halloween candy is killing me !!!! Yes, a bite here and a bite there WILL add up!!!!!!! I just gotta get control of this!!! Easy, just dont buy it right??? Well, I have 2 healthy boys who enjoy a piece here and there...?????? Ok, so enough venting..... Today so far- B- Coffee & protein ball L- Spicy chicken burrito (& 2 bites of a mini heath bar) S- SF popsicles -----------sleep------------------- S- protein ball & coffee (& 1 bite of a mini hershy bar) D- beef BBQ -----work graveyard------------- S- protein bar & coffee I will try not to eat too much tonight at work. so far B: 1 egg and 1 sausage 10 p S: peanuts 10p L: raisins and peanut mix 11p S: coffee w/protein powder 23p D: baked meatballs 20p 1/4 cup penne pasta w/tomato sauce S: sf popsicle Did meds and drank 1 bottle of water and ice tea. Have a great evening!!! Robin

Crap I hate taxes......Anyway Breakfast - 1/2 a muscle milk before I lost interest. Took a 2 hr nap w/baby- Beautiful Lunch - Grilled cheese on small WW bread Walked 3.75 miles Ate Cheetos with the kids- UGH!!!! about 1/2 c maybe 1st snack at work-2oz 2% cheese and an apple Plan for dinner- $oz pork roast w/ 1/2 c pineapple Choc protein shake later- at wor****il midnight so need something around 11pm to avoid the midnight nachos.

I guess I will try the "What did you eat today" I wasn't really good today--too many carbs. I drank 16 oz skimmed milk for breakfast and lunch in the form of a hot sugar free vanilla--skinny latte so each "meal" was 173 calories and 24 grams carbs with 17 grams of protein. Afternoon snack, which wouldn't have been necessary if I had eaten better during the earlier part of the day, 4 squares (sm.) crackers 52 calories, 9 carbs and 1 protein. Dinner 3/4 cup of refried beans-199 calories, 39 carbs and 26 protein and 2 string cheese at 160 calories, 2 carbs and 14 grams of protein. Night time snack is Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt--60 calories, 3 carbs and no protein with 1 oz. of raw almonds at 164 calories, 6 carbs and 6 protein grams. I need to recheck the package for the yogurt as it should have some protein. Total Calories 981 Carbs 104 Protein 67 Gotta cut the carbs Julia

B- 1 Cup Turky Stroganoff, 2 bell pepper slice, 2 carrott slice (tried to get mostly turkey and not alot of noodles S-1/4 Cup Trail Mix S-Vanilla Cinnamon Chai Protein Shake L-2 oz Chorizo w/ 1 egg S-Vanilla Cinnamon Protein Shake D- Fage yogurt, 1/4 peach, mixed with vanilla protein, Kashi Cranola Bar Calories 1571.1 /Protein 132.5 / Fat 58.3/ Carb 128.8 /Fiber 20.00/Sodium 1801.5 Water 34oz, still drinking, all vitamins, starting a new Fiber today 2 miles walk w/ dog, followed by 15min run on treadmill, 10 min on eliptical, back to 15 min walk on treadmill.
