10/2 TUES What did you eat today?
I got such a slow/late start today that I even forgot my am vitamins till lunch time! LOL
breakfast--fiber pills and SlimFast low carb RTD (20 grams protein)
snack--6 Doritos (yep, BAD choice!), calcium, fish oil, and iced tea
lunch--turkey pepperoni crisps and cheddar cheese (24 grams protein)
snack--fiber pills, calcium, fish oil, and iced tea
dinner--meatloaf, green beans, and butter beans (probably 35 grams protein)
snack--oatmeal/chocolate chip protein cookie (5 grams protein) and fiber pills
Total for the day is 84 grams protein.

B'fast: Cappucino Protein shake made with skim milk
Snack: Banana
Lunch: 2 mini crustless quiches w/ salsa and carb master yogurt
Supper: 3 oz. turkey keilbasa w/ mustard, a dill pickle and 10 wheat thins.
Having a hard time dealing with emotions. I don't really know what I'm feeling -- just kind of anxious? In the "old days" I would have been eating something to numb the feelings. Trying to walk on my treadmill, but it hurts my arthritic hip. Stopped by the aquatic center today to check out the schedule for water aerobics. They don't have any classes that would be appropriate for me except during my work hours. Feel like crying. ugh. This too shall pass, right?
Well my day got off to an early start 5:00 am, woke up with athritis in my shoulder.
So I took a pain pill and dozed in the recliner until 7:00 am.

Didn't get in enough protein, yuck. But just didn't want to eat much today.

I slept late today, then woke up to rain! rain! rain! It's nearing that time of the month. This is the first day since surgery that I have been kinda blue. Wouldn't go close to saying depression but blue. I was very bored with the rain and tired. Well the boredom and blue were not good for my eating. Was a little off!

B-2 oz terrayaki chicken, 2 oz rice/corn mix, 2 potstickers
S-Healthy choice Fudge sicle
L-1 pc multi grain toast w/ peanut butter, sliced almonds sprinkled on top
S-Healthy choice fudgesicle
D-4oz chicken, 2oz fried potatoes
S-12 oz Breve Decaf
Too much fat and carbs, not enough protein! ICK! ICK! ICK!
