10/1 MON What did you eat today?
First of the month... 30 more days to go! I did rebound a bit weightwise after my period ended, so I'm going with 221 for my current weight (down 3 pounds thanks to Aunt Flow). I'm really focusing on cutting back on carbs and find that I snack less that way. I just don't even think about food for hours on end (like forgetting to eat lunch yesterday while mowing) which is a good thing! But, I have to be sure to eat regular and to get my protein in for the day.

I'm back, sorry I haven't been posting for the last couple of days, things just got really busy.
B: Coffee w/protein powder 23p
S: Starbucks tall light mocha frap 4p
blueberry lowfat coffee cake 4p
L: SB meal bar 19p
S: pretzle chips 6p
D: Chicken noodle soup 12 p
Total of 68 proteins. Met my goal of at least 60, still need more. Took all my vitamins and meds. Yea!!! Need to get more water/fluids in only got 50 oz in.

snack--pumpkin/blueberry muffins (2--about 11 grams protein total), calcium, fish oil, and iced tea
lunch--fiber pills, beef patty with cheese and onions (about 30 grams protein)
snack--salad with tomato, cucumber and cheese (about 6 grams protein), calcium, fish oil, and iced tea
dinner--peanut butter and crackers (probably 10 grams protein)
snack--fiber pills, vitamins, and drink
Total for the day of about 77 grams protein.
