9/30 SUN What did you eat today?
Let's see if I can remember mine! I've been busy with yard work today...
early--drink, vitamins and fiber pills
breakfast--bacon (20 grams protein)
snack--calcium, fish oil, and fiber pills plus iced tea
lunch--forgot to eat as I was outdoors mowing and such...

dinner--grilled me a steak! had green beans, butter beans, squash, and onions with it (probably 35 grams protein)
snack--oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies (with protein powder--10 grams protein in two cookies)
Total protein for the day is about 65 grams, but I'm not sure on the cals and carbs...not too bad, but not sure of the numbers.

I have had the last 3 days off and busy! busy! busy! 4 Football games in 3 days! Ok, so one I watched on TV but still have to be there to watch it! Had Friday night Highschool Football, Saturday Morning 4th Grade Football, Saturday Night went to UW VS USC game and Sunday, Had to watch my Hawks kick some 49'er BUTT!

B-1/4 Costco Chicken Bake
S-1/2 Ka****LC Granola Bar, 1/4 cup of mixed nuts
L- Chili mac casserole, grean beans, baked apple w/cream
S- 1/2 Ka****LC Granola Bar, 1/2 apple
D-Choc Protein Shake
S-Ids Cinnamon vanill shake, 1 kashi granola bar
