9/29 SAT What did you eat today?

Sorry about your trying week. That is an all around difficult situation. I hope everything will be going better real soon.
I can't believe that the CL peach iced tea (my absolute favorite) is practically caffine free. I limit myself to just one glass a day. But no more. Thanks for the tid bit. Made my day brighter.

B'fast: Cappucino Protein shake made with skim milk
Lunch: 1/2 c. tuna salad, 2 small meatballs, 1 (2 halves) deviled egg
Snack: carb master yogurt
Supper: 1 slice WW Ezekiel bread w/ 1 tbp. peanut butter
Snack: 1/2 c. Kashi go lean cereal w/ skim milk
Snack: 10 wheat thins and 1 tbp. FF cream cheese
Not a super day for me...
early--drink with vitamins and fiber pills
breakfast--bacon (15 grams protein)
snack--calcium, fish oil, and iced tea
lunch--salad with egg and cheese on top (10 grams protein) plus mid day fiber pills
snack--calcium, fish oil, and iced tea
dinner--we ate out and I had a piece of steak, some shredded beef, some green beans, and some carrots plus part of a yeast roll (sinful, but delicious!) total of about 35 protein
snack--grapes and fiber pills
Not sure I want to know my calorie and carb totals for the day, but protein was only about 60.....
