Hello, what a beautiful day! Perfect day for a HS football game.
B- Coffee 1/4 protein bar
S- SF popsicles
L- 3 buffalo chicken nuggets & 4 french fries
S- SF angle food cake & coffee

What I plan on eating at work tonight....
2 oz cheddar cheese
SF yogurt
1 oz deli turkey breast
Coffee, coffee & some more coffee....
I am a coffee addict, cant live with out the stuff. Most of the time I just need a cup in my hands, it gets cold before I can drink it all. I have to reheat the cup about 3 times before I can fini****

breakfast: protein drink
snack: 2 ak mak crackers 1T pb and 1/2 small banana
lunch: 2 oz pork, 1/4 c greens and beans
snack: 2 ak mak crackers and 1/2 oz cheese
supper: 5 med shrimp and 1/3 c salad, 1/2T dressing
snack: if anything, a protein drink
All supps, vits and water
I walked 15 mins on the tredmill, did 20 mins weight training, 45 mins water aerobics, and 15 mins water walking.

I've had another no-breakfast day... I should know better, right?
early--vitamins, fiber and drink
breakfast--none
snack--calcium, fish oil, and 32 ozs iced tea
lunch--chicken breast left over from dinner last night (27 grams protein)
snack--calcium, fish oil, and 32 ozs iced tea
dinner--meat sauce over Barilla Plus pasta with shredded Italian cheese melted over it and a small piece of garlic bread (about 40 grams protein)
snack--chocolate chip oatmeal cookies (8+ grams protein) and my bed time vitamins and fiber pills
Totals for the day are about 1025 calories, 60 carbs, and 80 grams protein.
