9/27 THURS What did you eat today?
Hi Lea, Another new pic? You look younger every time. How are you doing that? LOL
Breakfast: 1/2 New Whey protein shot
Snack: Light and fit yogurt
Lunch: Wendy's small chili with cheese
Supper: 3 oz hamburger patty, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice oatnut bread
snack: maybe a protein drink
All my vits and supps and water.
2 hours in the pool and my first day with weight training. I am on a mission to really pump it up. LOL I really do want to shake things up and try to continue to lose my 3-4 pounds per week.

Took all my vitamins and medicine and ate all my proteins. Yeah for me!!
Also drank over 40 oz of tea.

breakfast--none (bad me!), just 32 ozs iced tea
snack--1/2 serving protein chips (5 grams protein), calcium, fish oil, and iced tea
lunch--grilled burger patty, shredded cheese, and green beans (34 grams protein)
snack--1/2 serving peanut butter filled pretzels (2.5 grams protein) calcium, fish oil, and iced tea plus second dose of fiber pills
dinner--chicken breast, peas/carrots and some baked potato (33 grams protein)
snack--3rd dose of fiber pills, vitamins
Totals for the day--840 calories, 50 carbs, 74 protein
