Hi Lea, Another new pic? You look younger every time. How are you doing that? LOL Breakfast: 1/2 New Whey protein shot Snack: Light and fit yogurt Lunch: Wendy's small chili with cheese Supper: 3 oz hamburger patty, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice oatnut bread snack: maybe a protein drink All my vits and supps and water. 2 hours in the pool and my first day with weight training. I am on a mission to really pump it up. LOL I really do want to shake things up and try to continue to lose my 3-4 pounds per week. Sandy

Breakfast-Pure protein bar Lunch- 1/2 c Barilla pasta with 4 small meatballs Snack- Protein Wafer Snack- bag of ruffles Dinner- 1 steak tip and couple bites of rice.

B'fast: Cappucino Protein Shake made with skim milk (30 protein) Snack: Soy crisps (15 protein) Lunch: FF Refried beans with ff cheese and salsa (?? protein) Supper: 1/2 c. grits with 1 slice cheese (?? protein) Snack: SF Pudding (??)

Seems to me I always have the same breakfast..... B: Coffee w/protein powder 23p S: Cashews 10p L: BK grilled chicken breast 14p S: Pretzle crisps 3p D: 3 oz hamburger 21p 1/3 bun lettuce tomato onion S: FF yogurt & pretzle crisps 8p Took all my vitamins and medicine and ate all my proteins. Yeah for me!! Also drank over 40 oz of tea. Robin

Today wasn't the greatest food day.... B- fage yogurt with sf strawberry jam S-none L-taco salad(worked great the night before--not so great today) peach applesauce (3 bites) S- none D- 2oz. chicken S-ham and cheese roll-up Got all my liquids in. And vitamins of course! Heather

early--vitamins, fiber pills and a drink breakfast--none (bad me!), just 32 ozs iced tea snack--1/2 serving protein chips (5 grams protein), calcium, fish oil, and iced tea lunch--grilled burger patty, shredded cheese, and green beans (34 grams protein) snack--1/2 serving peanut butter filled pretzels (2.5 grams protein) calcium, fish oil, and iced tea plus second dose of fiber pills dinner--chicken breast, peas/carrots and some baked potato (33 grams protein) snack--3rd dose of fiber pills, vitamins Totals for the day--840 calories, 50 carbs, 74 protein
