Hi Lea, Breakfast: South Beach Protein Bar, Snack: 1/2 apple, 1/2 cheese stick Lunch: Bocca Buger with cheese, tomato, pickles, & mustard Snack: 1/2 apple, 1/2 cheese stick Dinner: Omlet with ham, green peppers, & onion Snack: Popcorn & apple Vitamins 64 0z. water

breakfast: 1 egg and 1 egg white 2 slices cheese lunch: 2 oz chicken 1/2 c total of squash cauliflower cheese and tomatoes snack: protein drink supper: 2 oz hamburger meat, 1/8 c tomato sauce, 1 bite calzone Started to supplement my protein. Took all vits and supps and water. Spent 3 hours in the pool at the "Y"
