9/26 WEDS What did you eat today?
breakfast: 1 egg and 1 egg white 2 slices cheese
lunch: 2 oz chicken 1/2 c total of squash cauliflower cheese and tomatoes
snack: protein drink
supper: 2 oz hamburger meat, 1/8 c tomato sauce, 1 bite calzone
Started to supplement my protein. Took all vits and supps and water.
Spent 3 hours in the pool at the "Y"
