SO, another day down.... The weekend is coming! LOL I still feel cruddy, but do feel like I've at least rounded the corner since I started the antibiotics... What's for lunch? dinner? Did you have a good breakfast? Got your vitamins in??? Lea

breakfast was ....2 pcs bacon cooked in the mic to make as free from fat as I can. snack umm I forgot. Lunch well I had some junk food.I know thats a no no... snack none dinner........I am havinh a 1/2 cup of mushroom soup. If I remember I will take my vitamin and b12... Still sitting with my mom at my step dads side. He has started to breath harder and skipping breaths. it will not be long now.

So far so good.... B: Coffee w/protein powder 23 p S: yogurt w/ pretzle chips 8 p L: SB meal bar 19 p S: 8 oz skim milk 8 p D: chicken 4oz 21 p green beans 1/2 cup S: SF popsicle Took multi-vitamin, 1 calcuim, athritis meds already. Will take iron, b-12 at bedtime and 1 calcuim with dinner. Robin

Hi Lea, First let me say, Karen my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I haven't had my vitamins, BAD BAD BAD!!! I have go to get with it! B; 1/2 cheddar omlete L; 1/2 small container of Wendy's chili added cheese and Reduced fat sour cream S; South Beach protein bar Cinnamon Raisin D; about 1 to 1 1/2 oz of chicken boiled in tomatoes and onions and 1 small container of SF jello pudding and 2 Tbl. of whipped topping S; protein shake made with skim milk Totals for the day Cal. 842, Fat 32, Carbs 67, Protein 74. Have a great night I'll see ya'll tomorrow. Doris

B'fast: Cappucino Protein Shake made with skim milk Snack: Carb Master Yogurt Lunch: Fritatta w/ cheese and salsa and 8 small pretzels Supper: 1/2 grilled chicken salad from Applebee's Snack: soy crisps (15 gms. protein!, 120 calories)

Here it goes..... B~ coffee & 1/2 protein bar S~ 2 SF popsicles L~ Coffee & 2 oz almonds S~ 2 SF popsicles D~ 1/2 oz roast beef (about 2 bites) S~ 1 oz almonds & 1 SF popsicle I have been having pains above my pouch today, so I did not eat much.. Hope everyone had a great day. Cath

early--SlimFast RTD vanilla cream (20 grams protein) plus vitamins and fiber pills snack--calcium, fish oil, and iced tea lunch--same as yesterday, leftovers! center cut boneless pork chop and brown beans (30 grams protein) plus second fiber pill dose snack--calcium, fish oil, and iced tea dinner--beef burger patty with cheese and onions, green beans, corn (33 grams protein) snack--last dose fiber pills, vitamins, tea Totals for today are better than yesterday! Calories were 950, net carbs were 34 and protein was 84! Lea

My day in a nutshell B- protein enriched special k with skim milk S- didn't have one L- 5 oz. chicken w/ light mayo 1 slice cheese S- apple ( no skin) with 1 T. peanut butter D- taco salad (lettuce, meat , cheese, salsa, tomatoes) YUM!!!! S- sugar free popsicle Vitamins ---as soon as i wake up. H

B- Vanilla protein poured over oatmeal, 1/3 peach, small pat butter, topped with cinnamon L- 1 oz Pastrami, 1 oz chicken courdon bleu, 2 oz mixed veggies S- Healthy Choice NSA Fudge Bar D-Inside of Chicken quesadilla (no tortilla), 2 small shrimp, small bruschetta S- Choc Protein Shake S- IDS Vanilla Cinnamon Shake Cal 1188.7/ Protein 122.3 / Fat 38.6 / Carbs 86.4 / Fiber 10.2 /Sodium 1956.5 30 min brisk walk/ 90 minutes of yard work! Boy does that lawn look good!
