9/26 WEDS What did you eat today?
breakfast was ....2 pcs bacon cooked in the mic to make as free from fat as I can.
snack umm I forgot.
Lunch well I had some junk food.I know thats a no no...
snack none
dinner........I am havinh a 1/2 cup of mushroom soup.
If I remember I will take my vitamin and b12...
Still sitting with my mom at my step dads side. He has started to breath harder and skipping breaths. it will not be long now.

L; 1/2 small container of Wendy's chili added cheese and Reduced fat sour cream
S; South Beach protein bar Cinnamon Raisin
D; about 1 to 1 1/2 oz of chicken boiled in tomatoes and onions and 1 small container of SF jello pudding and 2 Tbl. of whipped topping
S; protein shake made with skim milk
Totals for the day Cal. 842, Fat 32, Carbs 67, Protein 74.

snack--calcium, fish oil, and iced tea
lunch--same as yesterday, leftovers! center cut boneless pork chop and brown beans (30 grams protein) plus second fiber pill dose
snack--calcium, fish oil, and iced tea
dinner--beef burger patty with cheese and onions, green beans, corn (33 grams protein)
snack--last dose fiber pills, vitamins, tea
Totals for today are better than yesterday! Calories were 950, net carbs were 34 and protein was 84!
