What a weird day!
s-Popcorn (woke up and just wanted popcorn, then went back to sleep)
B-Greek Yoogurt, 1/2 peach, cinnamon
L-2 slices pastrami (trader joes-no nitrates), 1 chicken nugget
S-Pistachio Vanilla Protein Shake w/ 4oz soy milk
D-Kashi Go lean Crunch Bar

trying for some more water. and going for all the vitamins
walked 30 minutes today...love this fall weather
Getting a little hormonal...that may explain the popcorn

I'm now taking all my vitamins, medicines, etc. regularly. Seeing how good everyone else is has made me try to be better.
