9/24/07 MON What did you eat today?
Did you know that on Sept 24th, 1789, the US Congress created the post office?? While we now communicate primarily via electronic means (internet and phone), can you imagine what a HUGE deal this was in 1789? Now, think about some of the things we write each other via email, PM and the messageboards having to travel to each of our friends via a letter we'd written and mailed! OMG! It would take forever and by the time it arrived, it would be SO behind the times and outdated! LOL
SO, tell us what you're eating today!

I am getting ready to go into work on the graveyard shift. Here is what I ate so far, and what I plan on eating while at work for 12.5 hours....
B-1/2 protein bar & coffee
L-1/2 protein bar
S- corn bread crackers & SF popsicles

Coffee (lots of it!!!)
1 protein bar
2 oz cheddar cheese
6 oz SF yogurt
1 pack peanut butter nabs

Dinner 3 oz chicken breast grilled 1 oz green beans w butter spray
Baked salmon 4 oz

1 One a day Multi complete formula
1200 Calcium
Drink during my workouts are helping me get the fluids in.
I'm still sick and just do NOT feel like eating, so note that everything I ate today was forced!
early--32 ozs iced tea and vitamins
breakfast--Carb Master peach yogurt (12 grams protein)
snack--slice whole wheat bread with peanut butter (12 grams protein), calcium, and fish oil plus poured 2nd 32 ozs of tea
lunch--turkey pepperoni crisps (12 grams protein)
snack--calcium, fish oil, and poured 3rd 32 ozs of tea
dinner--center cut boneless pork chop, brown beans, couple bites of potato (25 to 30 grams protein)
snack--homemade granola bar (7 grams protein)
Totals for day are about 70 grams protein and probably 100 or more ozs liquids.

I wish this was post was going by snail mail instead of email, because I had a horrific day.

Coffee w/scoop of protein powder 23p
L: Hot Dog from Costco ???p
S: Fat free yogurt from Costco
(Didn't stay down for very long)

D: 1 Lg meatball & 1/2 cup penne pasta 10 p

So I am confessing all my sins and hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Well here goes, this is what I ate today...
B; 1/2 of a Cheese Omelet
S; 1 Tbl. Jif Peanut Butter
L; Dannon Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt (1 container)
with 1/2 C. Kashi Go Lean
S; Muscle Milk Light 8 1/2 oz.
D; Ground Beef, 85% Lean , Black Beans, Cracker Barrel 2% cheese, (taco bake or whatever it's called) YUM!!! with 2 Tbl. Sour Cream and 1 Tbl. of mild salsa
S;Fudgsicle Fudge Bar No Sugar Added
Totals for the day... Calories 981, Fat 57, Carbs 49, Protein 73.
