9/23 SUN What did you eat today?
Well not much..... I havn't been taking time to eat. Under to much stress, so I forget.
Before WLS I would have been eatting around the clock when under stress.
1/2 cup of black bean soup from Panarea Bread
1/2 of the 1/2 order of seseam chicken salad
then I have snacked on dry roasted peanuts because I can carry them with me in the car.
I have been getting in my liquids though.
1/2 cup of buttermilk before going night night.

Walked/jogged 7.5 miles today so my carb count is a littler higher than normal but needed the energy before and after!
s- 1/2 Banana
B-2oz greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, Apple Cranberry Fiber cake
s-Choc Protein shake w/ 4 oz soy milk, 2 strawberries
s-1/2 cup cucumber wedges
L-1oz Chicken cordon Bleu, 2 oz potatoes, 1 oz mixed veggies
s-Cereal Bar
s-Choc Protein Shake
D-Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, 2 pieces cantalope
S-Choc Protein Shake
All water and vitamins
I feel good that I can look at this day and be ok with everything I ate!
