9/23 SUN What did you eat today?
I am trying my darndest to eat healthy. Most days are good. Today was not too bad.
breakfast: 7 oz Fage yogurt with 1/4c blueberries
lunch: 1/2 small Wendy's chili with cheese
snack: 1/2 small banana, 1T pb, 2 Ak Mak crackers
supper: 2 oz roast pork, 1/4 cup brown rice pilaf, 5 grape tomatoes
snack: 1 light and fit yogurt
All of my vitamins, supplements and water.
No real exercise, just routine house stuff.

Once again not a healthy eating day for me... the choices are really getting to me!
B- coffee & protein bar
L- coffee & some yellow bell pepper slices
S- SF popsicles & SF licorice
D- 1/2 cup rigatoni with meat sauce & 1 thin slice of french bread
S- SF banana pudding & coffee

Pork b-b-q 2 oz 10 p
bite of sausage .5 p
bite of hamburger .5 p
lots of water
(went to Nationals baseball game)
Dinner:
3 oz steak 20 p
salad
salad dressing 1 tbls
leftover onion rings 2
Snack:
SF popcicle
Will probably have a scoop of protein in something later this evening. 23 p
Hopefully tomorrow will be easier, not that I did that bad.

Breakfast: 1/3 bacon, cheese, mushroom , avocado & onion omlette
1/2 cup fresh fruit
Snack: 12 oz sugar free vanilla latte
Lunch: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup fresh strawberries & blueberries, 2T slivered almonds
Snack: 1 slice provolone cheese, 1 slice salami
Dinner: 3 oz carne asada steak, 1 oz queso fresco cheese, guacamole, salsa & sour cream, 1/4 cup diced peaches

Lunch: Cabbage Soup with tomatoes, carrots, onions, & pork roast
Snack: Curves protien bar
Supper:Cabbage Soup again (yummy)
Snack: 1 T. peanut butter
Slim Fast low carb protein drink
All of my vitamins, supplements and water.
