9/22 SAT What did you eat today?
Wow, already time to post a new week's roll call! Bad part about that is that we only had a 50% report in rate this week... Not sure what is up with that. We are not getting the posts to these posts that we'd hoped to see either. I appreciate those of you who ARE taking time to post! It is good to be accountable and even better on days when we are tempted to eat something we know we shouldn't! LOL
On this same day way back in 1981, Sandra Day O'Connor was appointed to the Supreme Court--the first woman EVER to sit on this highest court in our nation. What a day that was for women!

early--iced tea and my vitamins
breakast--fiber pills and bacon (20 grams protein)
snack--calcium, fish oil and 32 ozs iced tea
lunch--turkey pepperoni crisps and cheddar cheese (24 grams protein)
snack--calcium, fish oil, fiber pills and 32 ozs iced tea
dinner--italian (homemade) meatballs, marinara sauce, barilla plus pasta and parmesan cheese (about 30 grams protein)
snack--vitamins, fiber pills, apple and peanut butter crackers (3 grams protein)
Totals for the day will be 77 grams protein and somewhere between 90 and 100 ozs liquids.
