9/14 FRI What did you eat today?

How's that for today in history??? And ever since 1893, we've been burning up the roads! LOL I know that I put an average of 25,000 miles on my pickup every year and used to do 30 to 35 K! Part of that is living in such a rural area and driving so far to get places, but part of it was just not staying home much!
Friday--the weekend finally! Lots of catch-up chores around here this weekend... How about you guys??
And tell us what you ate!

early--iced tea and vitamins
breakfast--SlimFast low carb ready to drink (20 grams protein) plus my fiber pills (they seem to be helping BTW)
snack--calcium, fish oil and 32 ozs iced tea with lemon/splenda
lunch--pinto beans and cubed steak (about 30 grams protein)
snack--calcium, fish oil, fiber pills and 32 ozs iced tea with lemon/splenda
snack--cheddar cheese and turkey pepperoni (20 grams protein)
dinner--chicken thigh and peas/carrots (about 20 grams protein)
snack--probably an apple and my evening vitamins
Total protein for the day is 90 and I'm currently working on my 3rd 32 oz tea.

breakfst: 2 eggs, 1 oz cheese, 1 strip bacon
lunch: 1 oz steak, chips and dips at the Mexican restaurant. Too many chips to count and the dips were salsa, cheese (two kinds), bean, and guacamole. OMG, I was out of control, and of course by the time my dinner came, I was full.
supper: 1/2c homemade chicken soup, and 1/4c baked savory ricotta.
No weekend plans here, hubby will be golfing. The pool was closed today so no swimming. Our bowling league starts on Sat. night.
Today is actually my only day off this week and find that my days off are always such a struggle for me. I thrive on routine so nu surprise.
B-1egg, cheese, reduced fat turkey bacon, a few pieces of cut up fruit, tall coffee w/dash cream(waited 30 min to drink coffee..that was tough)
S-small pc of bread, slice of chicken(less than an oz.), 1/2 serving soy crisps
L-3 oz Pintos and Cheese
S-Zen Bakery Fiber Cake
D-3oz pintos and cheese, scoop of sourcream
30oz water down, still drinking...no vitamins or protein shakes...maybe a protein shake before bed.
Had a crazy day but was able to fit in my 3.75 mile walk!
Off to my sons Highschool football game tonight! He is sitting this one out injured!
