Lunch...small burger with bottom bun
Snack...1/2 small banana, 1T peanut butter, 2 Ak-Mak crackers
Supper...1 small piece broccoli and cheese whole wheat calzone, and 1 small piece pepperoni and cheese reg calzone.
Snack...(if I have it)Light and fit either yogurt or smoothie.
That was a reallybad supper for me. But I did 2 1/2 hours in the pool today and another 3 hours walking around the stores. LOL
Today went fairly well...
early start--vitamins with RTD SlimFast low carb drink (20 grams protein) and fiber pills (newest attempt to defeat the C monster)
breakfast--4 slices thick bacon (14 grams protein)
snack--5 grapes (yes, just 5!), calcium, fish oil, and 32 ozs iced tea with lemon/splenda
lunch--brown beans and beef meatballs like several days this week (about 20 grams protein)
snack--cheddar cheese (7 grams protein), calcium, fish oil, and 32 ozs iced tea with lemon/splenda (my 3rd for the day)
dinner--thin beef steak and yellow squash and onions (about 20 grams protein) I actually put a bit of oil in a pan and sliced the squash and onions into it and started them to cooking. Then, I laid these very thin slices of steak on top and seasoned them. The juices from the meat mixed into the veggies simmering below and it all cooked quickly. Delicious!
snack--Not sure I'll have one... I will, however, have another 32 ozs of tea, my vitamins, and evening dose of fiber pills...

B-2 oz Greek Yogurt w/ sf Caramel and Cinnamon
S- IDS Vanilla Cinnamon shake (drank 1/4 and threw out....tasted nasty)
L- 2 oz tuna mixed with a little mayo & little greek yogurt, 4 whole wheat crackers
S- Chocolate Protein shake
D- 2oz Ricotta 1oz Marina 5 thin slices salami
S- Chocolate Protein shake
40oz Water so far, still drinking
Did a great 3.75 mile walk today!
