9/17/07 MON What did you eat today?
Well, a bit late getting this up for you guys what with being gone all danged day! SO, tell us! What did you eat??
My day was not good. I was rushing around this AM and didn't stop for anything other than a hunk of cheddar cheese (about 1 1/2 ozs). Then, lunch with my surgery buddy at 2:30 and we met at Wendy's. I got a small chili and a side salad with sour cream instead of dressing. Then, like their southwest taco salad, I poured the chili over the side salad, topped with the sour cream and ate most of it. Lots of fiber in that dish of food! Dinner was chicken breast but only about 2 ozs. I got some broccoli salad from the deli at Walmart and will probably try a bite or two of that before I hit the bed. I'm anxious to see if whatever dressing is on it makes me dump....

Threw up again! dbl ugh!!! I was taking soooo long to eat and still Yak city!

late night snack - 1/2 cup of diet swiss miss made using water
Does anyone have the same trouble... If I feel like something is stuck and I throw up then the rest of the day I have trouble. I hurt and my pouch gets pissed at me. I end up throwing up everything all day except liquids. Do any of you have the same problems?
