9/17/07 MON What did you eat today?

Well, a bit late getting this up for you guys what with being gone all danged day! SO, tell us! What did you eat?? My day was not good. I was rushing around this AM and didn't stop for anything other than a hunk of cheddar cheese (about 1 1/2 ozs). Then, lunch with my surgery buddy at 2:30 and we met at Wendy's. I got a small chili and a side salad with sour cream instead of dressing. Then, like their southwest taco salad, I poured the chili over the side salad, topped with the sour cream and ate most of it. Lots of fiber in that dish of food! Dinner was chicken breast but only about 2 ozs. I got some broccoli salad from the deli at Walmart and will probably try a bite or two of that before I hit the bed. I'm anxious to see if whatever dressing is on it makes me dump.... Hugs, Lea

B-CHOC/TOASTED MARSHMALLOW PROTEIN SHAKE L-2oz cod, rice and mixed veggies S-Choc. Protein shake D- 2 1/2 mini quiches, lit n fit sugar control yogurt S-IDS cinnamon vanilla protein shake My NUT plan calls for 5 mini meals and 3 shakes a day. Can not eat that much at this point so using my shakes as meals...can't imagine ingesting more than this but will work on it.

breakfast...1/2 protein shot lunch...2 oz hamburger meat with 2 oz baked ricotta and 2 T corn supper...4 oz meatloaf with 1/3 cup spaghetti squash with tom sauce and cheese

Breakfast = 1/2 Atkins advantage choc shake Lunch = 1/2 louis rich chicken breast sandwich, ff mayo, mozzarella cheese, 1 slice wheat bread Threw up! ugh... mustvve ate too fast I was very hungry Dinner = 1 thigh from el pollo loco and the juice from the beans Threw up again! dbl ugh!!! I was taking soooo long to eat and still Yak city! snack - 2 sf popscicles late night snack - 1/2 cup of diet swiss miss made using water Does anyone have the same trouble... If I feel like something is stuck and I throw up then the rest of the day I have trouble. I hurt and my pouch gets pissed at me. I end up throwing up everything all day except liquids. Do any of you have the same problems?
