9/16 SUN What did you eat today?
Breakfast: protein shake: 33 grams
Lunch: 2 cups coffee splenda and cream
portobella jack chicken fajita: I ate the chicken/vegies about a quarter of a cup maybe a 1/2 a cup of the meat vegie mix, and 1 tsp guacamole... did not touch the flour tortillas sourcream etc , no chips..... so prob 15 grams of protein?
After lunch: 20 oz smar****er
I just ate a Cliff Mojo Bar Peanut butter pretzel: OMG it's so good, 10 protein, 9fat,9sugar,19 carbs but the peanuts are carbs so it's natural..
20 oz diet green tea
Dinner will be: 1 portobella vegie burger, 2 lowfat cheese sticks 25 grams
snack will be a boiled egg and or sugar free popsicles
Pray for me I'm taking puppies for a walk and or doing treadmill today, and I am going to get up early tomorrow morning and do treadmill see if that changes my day any and helps bring me some energy

I was on the road traveling today. I made a 5 hour trip from WV to VA. I get really bored when I travel, and I was by my self...so I had to try really hard not to munch. I stopped along the way and I got some almonds and some pretzels to snack on. I also drank 2 lg glasses of iced T. Besides that I have had...

I do not know if I will eat any dinner or not, so far I just dont feel like eating. I have come home to a BIG mess in my house. My hubby and 2 boys were home alone for 4 days...

Not a "conventional" day by any means if you see what I ate for "breakfast!"
breakfast--vitamins, 6 meatballs (frozen variety) and brown (pinto) beans (fiber at any cost! LOL) about 20 grams protein
snack--calcium, fish oil and 32 ozs iced tea with splenda/lemon
lunch--turkey pepperoni (22 slices) crisped in the micro (12 grams protein)
snack--Just the Cheese pizza flavor (5 grams protein), calcium, fish oil and 32 ozs iced tea with splenda/lemon
dinner--homeade italian meatballs made with ground chuck, ground turkey and some pork sausage with italian bread crumbs, eggs, and parmesan cheese in them and had peas/carrots as a side (about 35 grams protein)
snack--not sure I'll have one... But I will have another drink and my evening vitamins.
I weigh in for my one year at my surgeon's office tomorrow! I was actually a year postop on 8/29. Today was a good low-carb day for the most part as the carbs were primarily healthy ones (besides the bread crumbs in the meatballs). I got about 72 grams of protein in for the day and will have drank almost a gallon by the time I hit the sheets!

Lunch - with family just ate off their plates lol such a cheap date. approx 1 oz broasted chicken, one small bite of steak, 2 oz salmon, 3 tbsp of mashed potato and one round slice of carrot.
Snack - healthy choice fudgscicle
No dinner tonight just drinking its too late and I am too tired.
blech. idk. justa buncha junk mostly. we were rearranging my daughter's room all day yesterday and moving furniture, etc (her birthday is on the 25th) so i didn't really have much opportunity to sit down and eat. and what happens when you fail to plan? you plan to fail!!! so yeah... the scale says 134 this morning which i believe is two pounds ABOVE last weeks weigh-in.
