Wow, the weekend is here already! And it is CHILLY here in West Virginia. They're calling for our first night-time frost in the next week or so! I am sitting here at 12:23 PM and I just changed into sweatpants as it is chilly here in the house.... Fall doesn't start till 9/27, but the leaves are changing and dropping all around me here... Looks like we may get an early winter here in WV. I love winter! I know, call me crazy, but I lived in Florida from 1973 till 1999 when my family moved here to WV where my hubby grew up and I enjoy every minute of winter--even snow days when the kids are home and underfoot! SO, on this chilly day, what are you eating??? I've gotten off to a sucky start again and I'm not sure the day will get much better! Lea

ya, it was purty doggone cold in N. AL. this morning too!! umm... i don't think i'm doing any better today than i have all week as the scale still seems to be mocking me. anywho... here goes. b: 1/2 50 gram slam s: 1/2 50 gram slam l: 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese with whole wheat puffed club crackers s: 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese with whole wheat puffed club crackers d: 1 chocolate flavored protein pudding pop s: 1 chocolate flavored protein pudding pop 460 calories 90 g. protein

B- Nothing L-5 pieces coconut shrimp, few bites of green salad D- Detour Protein Bar It's getting colder here in Indy too. You can feel the fall coming. I work nights and have already been wearing my coat to work.

breakfast--vitamins and iced tea with lemon/splenda snack--calcium, fish oil, and iced tea with lemon/splenda lunch--(BAD!) Klondike Slim-a-Bear (4 grams protein) snack--Just the Cheese pizza flavor (5 grams protein), calcium, fish oil, and iced tea with lemon/splenda dinner--meatballs and brown (pinto) beans (about 20 grams of protein) snack--cheddar cheese and pepperoni crisps (about 15 grams protein) Very, very poor day diet wise. I slept late. I felt like crap from sleeping late. I just couldn't get past it all day! I spent most of the day right here in front of the computer! Total protein for the day was less than 45 grams. I did, however, consume about 96 ozs of liquids. Lea

Still HOT here in Cali.. Breakfast - Choc Atkins Advantage 1/2 a can and the other half got spilt UGH! Lunch - 1/4 cup of refried beans and three bites of albondigas soup (mexican Veggie and Meatball soup) Snack - SF Fudgescicle Dinner - 1 slice of squaw bread 3 oz louis rich chicken breast pcs non fat mayo and Monterey Jack cheese sprinkle Snack - String cheese Drank pretty good today I have started to drink that Good Earth Tea i like it! Walked all over Frys electronics and drove all over chaufferiing my stepson back and forth. (does that burn calories?) lol I WILL do 50 Lunges before bed.

breakfast...2 eggs, 1 bacon slice, 1/2 american cheese slice, 1/2 slice 7 grain bread lunch...1/4 can tuna w/1 T mayo, celery, tomato and onion on 1 slice 7 grain bread snack...1 dannon light and fit low carb cherry vanilla jogurt supper...at The Outback with DH...2 oz steak, 1 coconut shrimp and about 1 cup salad with
