Bkfst: pure protein bar/coffee 2nd brkfst: never got to eat the Atkins bar I pulled out Lunch: Atkins RTD shake/cheese stick/100 cal wheat thins pack Snack: hot tea (still tried to get to the Atkins bar---no go) Dinner: 3 meatballs with cheese/fruit salad Snack: light breyer ice cream bar Been sucking down water!!!!

Okay, today was a funky day for me. We have a legal matter going on between us and a neighbor for some damage our horses did to his trees along the property line. The tree surgeon showed up just about the time I would have eaten breakfast, so I didn't eat till after 12 pm! This screws my whole day up! If I get off to a bad start, I never seem to get back on track.... breakfast--bacon, 6 slices (12 grams protein) and vitamins snack--calcium, fish oil, and 32 ozs iced tea with lemon/splenda lunch--chili (not quite the last of it! about 20 grams protein) with 1 oz shredded cheese added (7 grams protein) snack--terryaki beef jerky (10 grams protein), calcium, fish oil, and 32 ozs iced tea with lemon/splenda dinner--daughter's night to cook, Hamburger Helper cheesy Italian shells and I eat mostly the meat and sauce and skip the noodles (probably 15 grams protein) snack--not sure if I'll have another snack as I'm feeling "full" still since dinner! Total for the day was about 64 grams of protein and I'm about to go refill my cup with another 32 ozs of tea... Lea

2nd day of liquids 4 portein shakes made with 1% milk. 1 I added 4oz yougurt to it and 1 I added 2 T Peanut Butter. Starving !!!!

Sorry for not posting the last few days, but our network is not working so I am lucky if I can connect for a minute or two per day. The "Geek Squad" is coming on Monday. Whew, just in time for our roll call. Breakfast...7 oz Fage yogurt blended with 1/4 cup blueberries Lunch...3 oz chicken meat 1/4 c corn Snack...1 slice american cheese and 2 Ak-Mak crackers Supper...5 shrimp and 1/2 cheese quesadilla Snack...1/2 small banana 1T pb All my water and supplements and vitamins.
