l: 1/4 cup chef's salad and 1/2 boiled egg
s: special k2o protein water mix (16 ounces of water with strawberry kiwi flavored protein mixed in)
d: 3 ounces chicken dipped in honey mustard
s: chocolate flavored protein pudding pop
plus all the water and other liquids i drink.

about 15 soy crisps afternoon snak 7
dinner: 2 oz buffalo bites from bojangles 10 protein?
1 dr kracker sunflower cheddar cracker (umyummy) with two ounces melted cheese 21 proteins
So a good 70 protein for me today which is a little low, and i need to drink a bunch more...I' suck at that... no exercise either I suck at that too... I just suck today...
I had this almost typed and my browser crashed! UGH! SO, to start over...

dinner--chicken breast in terryaki sauce (18 grams protein)

Total for the day is 85! I made it into the 80s!! LOL

Im trying this new thing at work, because we sit all day(10 hours), anytime I need to use the restroom or ge****er I make myself walk to the second floor and walk the length of the building. The little things count too!

avoided the muffin/bagel/doughnut bar at the meeting
Lunch: nasty boxed lunch
ate turkey and lettuce and crusts from bread; tossed oily pasta salad
ate a STARLIGHT mint
nearly passed out
took a 45 minute nap
Dinner: cube steak with pepper/onions/mushroom soup and asparagus
Snack: 3 cups popcorn
counted passing out as exercise.......
