b: 3 ounces filet mignon s: pringles baked wheat stix (vanilla flavored) l: 1/4 cup chef's salad and 1/2 boiled egg s: special k2o protein water mix (16 ounces of water with strawberry kiwi flavored protein mixed in) d: 3 ounces chicken dipped in honey mustard s: chocolate flavored protein pudding pop plus all the water and other liquids i drink. daily totals: 657.75 calories 21 g. fat 1331.9 mg sodium 27.8 g. carbs 10 g. sugar 79.6 g. protein

breakfast: 1 scrambled egg/slice of cheese snack: wheat thins chips veggie flavor lunch: chili snack: adkins protein bar supper: chicken drumstick, brocolli and cheese, corn, little bit of stove top stuffing snack: hot cocoa/protein powder

Breakfast: protein shake with peppermit paddy sf syrup/30 grams coffee snack:two kashi protein bars (10) i was hungry lunch: 1/4 cup tuna on lettuce and a bite of tomato 4 saltines ? 12 grams ice tea with lemon about 15 soy crisps afternoon snak 7 dinner: 2 oz buffalo bites from bojangles 10 protein? 1 dr kracker sunflower cheddar cracker (umyummy) with two ounces melted cheese 21 proteins So a good 70 protein for me today which is a little low, and i need to drink a bunch more...I' suck at that... no exercise either I suck at that too... I just suck today...

As I posted on Main board I am trying to break my recent Carb Plunge by trying this % day Pouch Test and the first 2 days are protein shakes only so here goes. B-Muscle Milk RTD L-Strawberry protein shake w/1%milk D-Matrix orange Cream shake w/1%milk Plan on having one more before bed.

I had this almost typed and my browser crashed! UGH! SO, to start over... breakfast--SlimFast Low Carb Diet Vanilla Cream RTD (20 grams protein) and my vitamins snack--Carb Masters peach yogurt (12 grams protein), calcium, fish oil, and later 32 ozs iced tea with lemon/splenda lunch--Lean Cuisine portobello steak tips with broccoli (15 grams protein) and cheddar cheese (12 grams protein) snack--Just the Cheese nacho bar (5 grams protein), calcium, fish oil, and later 32 ozs iced tea with lemon/splenda dinner--chicken breast in terryaki sauce (18 grams protein) snack--mini bag popcorn (3 grams protein) Total for the day is 85! I made it into the 80s!! LOL Lea

B- 3oz Potatoes cooked in Olive Oil S-Chocolate/Carmel Protein Shake L-2 mini quiches, Rasberrie Light n Fit Carb and Sugar Control Yogurt S-Chocolate Protein Shake D-String Cheese Stick, 2 Triscuit (planning) S- Chocolate Protein Shake (Planning) Calories 994.5 / Protein 107.5 / Fat 34.3 / Carbs 53.4/ Fiber 8.9/ Sodium 1139.0 45oz of water and still drinking and all my vitamins Did 30 minutes of walk/jog Im trying this new thing at work, because we sit all day(10 hours), anytime I need to use the restroom or ge****er I make myself walk to the second floor and walk the length of the building. The little things count too!

Bkfst: pure protein bar/coffee more coffee on way to meeting avoided the muffin/bagel/doughnut bar at the meeting Lunch: nasty boxed lunch ate turkey and lettuce and crusts from bread; tossed oily pasta salad ate a STARLIGHT mint nearly passed out took a 45 minute nap Dinner: cube steak with pepper/onions/mushroom soup and asparagus Snack: 3 cups popcorn counted passing out as exercise.......
