9/12 WEDS What did you eat today?
Breakfast: Protein Bar
Lunch: 3 oz roasted chicken meat, cantaloupe
snack: 1T pb and 1/2 small banana with 2 Ak-Mak crackers
Supper: 1 breakfast sausage, 1/4c mashed cauliflower, 1 cheese slice
I did 30 mins water walking, 60 min water aerobic class, and another 90 mins just floating and chatting. Yes I was in the water for a little over 3 hours. LOL, can you say raisin??
early--protein hot cocoa (Proti 15) in 8 ozs ho****er (15 grams protein) and vitamins
breakfast--bacon (6 pieces - 12 grams protein)
snack--Just the Cheese (5 grams protein) calcium, fish oil and 32 ozs iced tea with splenda/lemon
lunch--vitamins and leftover chili with meat/beans (about 20 grams of protein)
snack--calcium, fish oil and 32 ozs iced tea with splenda/lemon
dinner--leftover beef stew from earlier this weekend (probably 15 grams of protein)
snack--vitamins and a 100 calorie mini-bag of popcorn then some peanuts later when a salty craving hit (maybe 8 grams of protein between it all)
Only 75 grams for the day. I'm never going to consistently get that danged 80 to 100 grams that the Nut is now recommending! UGH!!
