9/12 WEDS What did you eat today?
So far I've had:
B: Coffee w/half & half, equal and protein powder 25 P 200 C
L: South Beach meal Bar 19 P 210 C
D: Red, Hot and Blue Salmon Salad 24 P 128
We are going out to celebrate my neice and nephews' birthdays tonight. I've looked over the menu and have decided what to eat. The problem is there is no nutritional info on the web sight. I know the protein and cal or 4 oz of salmon and will have to add additional calories depending on salad dressing and other ingredients.
Didn't do my walk this morning, will try later tonight and repost.

B: Matrix Orange Cream shake

L: 1 c Homemade chicken rice soup

d: Turkey burger w/ squash/tomato/onion and mushroom sauteed with sprinkle of cheese on top.( Kind of like Chop Suey but no noodle)
I have to work a double today 8am until Midnight so I packed only good food with very little carbs. I was hoping this would help me detox as my eating seems out of control. I am dying for something bad. I have no money but am thinking about rounding up some change from my car to get to the vending machine. This is a dreadful disease!!!
I have only high protein bars but they are all calories so when will I stop??
I am eating too much and can't seem to get a handle on it. The food choices are not always bad it is just the quantity and a few bad choices mixed in a couple times a week.

Exercise: 30 min. elliptical, lunges, lower body workout, 13 flights of stairs
breakfast: South Beach Diet Bar (Caramel Peanut Crisp)
snack: Pringles Baked Wheat Stix (Pizza Flavor)
lunch: Oven Roasted Honey Chicken dipped in honey mustard
snack: Pringles Baked Wheat Stix (Honey Butter Flavor)
supper: 2 Chocolate Flavored Protein Pudding Pops

so i didn't do so great today (too many carbs) but at least i did better than yesterday. i hit my protein and my calories were still pretty low. but the scale hates me again btw. it's taunting me, i can hear it now...
Today I worked my usual 12 hour shift.

S- 3 peanut butter crackers (nabs)
L- 1 oz almonds & protein bar

D- 1 oz chicken 2 oz cheddar cheese

I am off to visit my Dad and my Aunt who are both in the hospital. I will be traveling for the next 3 days so I dont know how I will do with my eating.

since it's Wednesday, I stopped at Panera and got a second cup of hazelnut coffee
2nd Bkfst: (10:15)Atkins cafe mocha shake
Lunch: (12:22) Oscar Meyer Kids Snack meal (turkey, cheese, crackers)
V-8 juice 6 oz.
pears in juice 1C.
Dinner: Dh and I went for Greek
salad with oil and vinegar dressing and feta- ate about 1 c
gyro (ate 1/2 of the meat)
Snack: rest of gyro
Snack: ThinkThin bar (I just found these at Costco: 240 calories/8 fat/11 net carbs/20 protein)
I'm working towards the "5 and a meal" plan (5 protein shakes or bars and one protein/veg meal) to move this last 20 pounds!!!!! Just need to finish off the current lunch items.
Last night's exercise was leg and arm strength training. Skipped tonight since we went out to dinner!
I had my protein shake hot cinnamon ummmmyummy 32 proteins
snack: two lowfat cheese sticks 15
green tea
more coffee ( I have cut out the afternoon coffee as of yesterday)
lunch: eggsalad 1/4 cup and 1/4 cup chicken salad with a little lettuce 20 grams
snack: 1/2 protein bar 5 grams
unsweet ice tea with lemon and splenda
late afternoon snack: about 6 soy crisps
green tea sf diet
dinner: two lowfat cheese sticks and a couple pieces of lowfat ham 20 or so grams aprroximately 90 grams of protein and 1,000 cals , not sure fat grams as the eggsalad and chick salad had very light mayo... but not tremendous in fat my proteins shakes are fat free...
2 calcium tabs and 20 oz water
breakfast - 1/2 tuna salad sandwich with small pickle slice
snack - one slice amer cheese and 2 ok-mok crackers
lunch - two small pieces of chicken (louis rich grilled chicken strips), half banana, string cheese
32 oz water
dinner - one chicken thigh from Juan Pollo 2 tbsp of beans
snack - Fudgscicle 100 cals 4 protein
My physical therapist worked me out big time... lots of new excercises. and SIX mins on the elipital. woo woo that is more than double what I could do before. I also went to the park with my stepson and walked around while he played.
I really need help counting pro grams and cals.... ugh. how do you all do that?
