9/11 Tuesday What did you eat today?
Here is what I've had today so far:
Yerba Mate Latte - 1 cup of Yerba Mate Tea (loose leaf), 1 cup of steamed milk (10gr protein) and a dash of local, organic honey (the one thing I don't dump on).
1 Mozorella Cheese Stick - 9gr Protein
1 cup of Cottage Cheese - 20 gr Protein
1 cup Mandarine Oranges
Going for some Yerba Mate Iced Tea next as I have found that Yerba Mate is not only a wonderful stimulant to help keep my energy up but also aids in elimination (no more constipation here) and a healthy digestion track.
I will post what I have had for dinner later today!
I worked 13.5 hours today. And here is what I had today....
B- Coffee and protein bar. (a breakfast buffet was being served at work and I declined)
S- 1 oz almonds & 1 oz cheddar cheese
L- SF yogurt 1 oz almonds
S- peanut butter crackers
D- 2 oz pork chop,
S- SF popsicles
I did not work out today, but my job requires a lot of walking and riding a bike in a large plant.

ok i suck. today was a suckey day and what did i do? i turned to my old friend for comfort (and that jerk over on the main board didn't help matters either. why oh WHY do i let people get to me???)
so yeah... today i snuck some of the leftover chicken noodle soup from o'charley's the other night. then i put 2 ounces of cheese on one of the rolls we had leftover from that night and ate about 1/4 of it. THEN i ate about a half a dozen of those puffed whole wheat club crackers. after that we went to the mall and i had about a third of a soft pretzel thingie with ham, swiss cheese and honey mustard inside, dipped in ranch dressing with a diet pepsi. then we went to kfc for supper and i had part of a chicken breast (mostly the skin because i felt like dirt and i guess i thought that would make me feel better), mashed potatoes and gravy, a biscuit and diet pepsi. after that we went to the cheap movies and saw the simpson's and i had 2 chocolate covered almonds and about 15 reese's pieces with a mr. pibb.
so... flame away!!! i suck and i really don't care at this point!!

Started off with my usual cup of coffee w/half & half, equal
B: 1 eggs omlette with 1 oz ham and 1 oz cheese 18 p 300 cal (includes coffee)
s: Carnation instant breakfast, 1 cup skim milk 11 p 140 cal
L: Chicken Breast on slice of whole grain bread 13 p 190 cal
s: Banana 1 p 90 cal
D: Wendy's small chili 17 p 230 cal
5 piece chicken nuggets 12 p 230 cal
Total Proteins 72 Total calories 1190
I didn't make the best choice at dinner and didn't eat it all at once, but I'm being honest about what I ate. On a positive note I walked for 45 minutes today.
Hopefully, tomorrow I will make better choices.

breakfast--vitamins and special K protein plus cereal with milk
snack--calcium, fish oil, and 32 ozs iced tea with splenda/lemon
lunch--leftover chili from last night's dinner
snack--turkey pepperoni crisped in microwave, cracker cut cheddar cheese, calcium, fish oil, and 32 ozs iced tea with splenda/lemon
dinner--16 ozs HO****er with one packet SF cocoa mix and 1 scoop Protein Delite chocolate/coconut which I just heard was discontinued recently... Poop! That is the only protein powder I like enough to use! LOL
snack--not sure yet, but will be something that I'd normally consider dinner... maybe some leftover beef stew from the other night
I feel the need to comment that I drink more than what is listed on my daily recounting of my food. I generally get in almost a gallon of liquids each day and that is only the clear liquids. I don't count milk and such. Also, though liquid may be listed with meals, it is drank 30 mins later. I don't drink while eating besides an occasional sip to clear my throat.
