Tuesday will be terrific
so, tuesday is going to be different for me..
I pledge to cut back on my coffee intake by at least one cup , replacing it with water or green tea
I pledge to resist the urge to graze by packing preportioned amts of cheese sticks and soy crisps that limit my amount
I pledge to concentrate on what I am able to do, physically, and get on the treadmill tomorrow night even if it's only 10 minutes
this is my pledge to the group in an effort to help us make our goals and be healthier
