ROLL CALL!! Sept 10th, 2007
Hi Lea , I'm at 181 , which is a one pound gain . I don't think I really gained , though . Last sunday & monday I had the flu . So , I think what I lost last week was through dehydration . I was thinking that I was on a plateau , but I am two pounds lighter than August 27th . 2 or three pounds a month sucks . Oh well , goes with the journey . I have gotten tons of exercise in the last couple of weeks . Mostly yard work . Between my torn meniscus last summer & my surgery , I got way behind in my pruning .
I hope to keep focused during this cahallange , get back to basics . I've been doing that pretty well the last week . Not that I was doing bad , just eating too many carbs . Most carbs are just waste food for me . TTFN Kathy

My highest weight is 328, current weight 155.4, halloween goal weight is 145. So I have 10 lbs to lose.. might be reaching but I can try!
I hope to accomplish running 2 miles 4 times a week with some other stuff mixed in like weights and ab workouts.. this is what I have done all along but I have gotten lazy and not been doing it consistently. I also joined a gym so I am doing that as well when I can, its not in the town I live but its in the town I work at (but I only work 2 days a week) so if I go to that town for other things I try to stop at the gym too. I look forward to this challenge, thanks again for doing it!

Well I did it again! I think I set my halloween goal for 226lbs. ...well I'm gonna have to change it again cause I just weighed myself and I'm at 226 now....lol. YAY though....that's 100 lbs. lost....so far. I will set my halloween goal for 216 lbs. wow can't even believe I typed that number..lol. My surgery weight was 326lbs.
I reallly need to exercise more and try and get more water in and more protein too! I've been looking at treadmills....now if I only had room in my house to set one up!! lol.
I would also like to join this challenge. It will be my first. My pre surgery weight was 297. My highest weight pre surgery was 367. My current weight is 152 and I would like to be at 132 by Halloween. This would put me in the normal weight range. My goal is to be more consistent with my exercise. I am joining the gym at work and hopefully I can boost my weight loss.
