Finally!!!! I am under 300 in twoterville as some of you say!! woo woo woo woo happy dance! yes and the happy dance will burn calories too.. lol. Well my highest was 367 and Today by Dr scale I am 291. Blew that dang stall out finally. UGH. My goal for Halloween was 280 but everyone is being so brave I will up the ante to 275. My other goal is to get more organized, to get off my cane, and to walk my step son to school instead of drive. (bad accident broken femur 9 months rehab is enough I say) Lea you rock for all you do to encourage all of us new and continuing mini challengers. Thank you.

My weight this week is still 142. that's 100 lbs lost. My goal during this challenge is to exercise more. I'd rather be tarred and feathered. We'll see..

I'm at 215 today--up one pound. I'm rather frustrated, I beefed up the exercise considerably and I started lifting weights, and I'm still suck bobbing between the same 2-4 pounds. I could be gaining muscle, but can that happen after only a week of two of lifing weights? My goal is to focus on the whole process, not just the number on the scale.

Hi Lea and everyone! May i join? I started out preop at 326 made it to 143 lbs, but now i am 152Lbs. Halloween is about 7 weeks away, so i am going to aim modestly at 7 lbs, taking me down to 145lbs. Things i need to work on 1. decreasing sweets 2. increasing water and protein 3. getting my butt back to the gym. Thanks in advance for the support and accountability. Melinda

Hello! My goal is to incorporate an exercise routine 3+ days a week into my already busy schedule. Because I'm a massage therapist, my job is already pretty physical. I have used massage therapy as a way to exercise but that is not an excuse. I still need to take some me time and exercise whether it be yoga, pilates or balance ball. So that is my personal goal to meet between now and Halloween. Love you all!

Umm...I remember stepping on the scale yesterday morning...what the heck did it say? I think 256...argh...b-day weekend what can I say. Honestly, my goal for this challenge is more to stick to an exercise routine...if I lose weight that will just be an added bonus. I got my suit and towel when I went home for lunch and I'm going down and signing up for the health club.

Hello , My highest weight was 335lbs. Present weight 235lbs (YEAH!) My Goal is 160 lbs My Goal by Halloween is to lose 20 lbs and increase my water intake. I know that should be an easy (water) but I am not getting it all in lately. I also want to get back into my exercise program . I changed my program when I had out of town guest. After a few mornings of me disappearing I felt I was kinda rude! So I want to get back to my daily program! Thanks Lesa

My goal is to get on track with my diet and to start exercising regularly. I've been struggling with my eating habits for a long time now, and that needs to change. I must confess that I've never adhered as strictly as I should to the plan my surgeon set out for me. I'm an emotional eater and with all of the stressors in my life, I've struggled a lot. I feel the need to be honest about this now and I hope I won't get flamed for it. There's a lot of emotional baggage in my life that I thought I had fully dealt with, but I hadn't. I'm still healing and growing as a person. Now I need to do the hard work that will help me get as healthy as possible, both physicaly and emotionally. I started this journey at 378 pounds and am down to 222. I got a big, wonderful, surprise last August when I was less than a year out. I found out I was pregnant with my first child. I'm now the proud Mommy of Joshua Charles who is almost 6 months old already. I continued losing for the first trimester and then gained back 8 pounds in total. Not bad for a full term pregnancy. I lost another 23 pounds right after I had him and then I stalled out. Now I'm stuck at 222 and I definitely need this chalenge to get me going again. I'm going away for a week, so I'm not sure if I'l be able to get online, but I'll definitely update when I get back, if not sooner. Good luck to everyone. Together we can do this.

HELLO TO ALL!! Okay my mini goal was to lose 20 pounds by Halloween and I am at 276 today. I think that's down 5 pounds from when I said I wanted to join....I can hardly believe it because my weight lost had screeched to a halt!! Keeping my fingers crossed.... Anyway, been thinking about the goal thing since yesterday and what I truly need to work on is getting in all of my protein and making it come first. Such a challenge because that is not how my family (6 kids) eats! Good luck to everybody and thanks, Lea for hosting!
