Sounds like mine and your goals are now very much alike. After touching base with my Nut and my surgeon regarding my hair loss over the last 4 mos or so, it was suggested that 1) my multivitamins probably are not being absorbed well enough, so I am upping the ones I have left to 3 times per day instead of the two I've been taking them and will replace them with another one suggested by my surgeon when they are gone and 2) the 65 to 80 grams of protein that I've been averaging per day (per my Nut's recommendation) probably isn't enough for my body now and it was suggested that I up it to somewhere between 80 and 100 grams per day. Now I have no clue how I'm going to do that without increasing my calories per day too and seem to maintain at just a teesy weensy bit more calories per day than I've been eating. So, I may stop losing all together with this change, but who knows! SO, I am with you on the vitamins and protein! As for posting our goal weights as a group, I am still waiting on Halloween goal weights from 4 or 5 folks and will move them to the inactive list at the end of the week if I've not heard from them by then. Then I'll post the goal weight message. As for what we lost as a group in the last round, that was posted in the challenge wrapup post I put up and it was 1537 pounds! Lea

Yesterday, 177. Today, 178. My faul****er is my enemy! I seriously do NOT like water, even with flavorings, so I tend not to drink enough............. So, my Halloween goal is two-fold; 170 and drinking plenty of water! 232/178/170

Hi Lea, This morning weighed in at 274. I also need to dust off videos and equipment for the winter. Although, winter here is normally very mild, it does get wet. Besides exercising with my kids and the Wiggles is not the same. It's fun, but don't get the same results. Have a great evening. Kristina

My weight this morning was 185.2. My goal this week is to ramp up my plan again and get off the sugary carbs. I am also trying to get back on the exercise bandwagon unfortunately I have to work 3 double shifts so it may not be the best week to take on so much. I will try. Jennifer

I only lost one pound last week. I guess all the "carnival" food I made for my daughter's 12th birthday on Saturday was not a good thing. I made candy apples, funnel cake, popcorn, hot dogs, cupcakes, ice cream sandwiches and served lots of other junk. I did have a few nibbles. It's not that I ate so much of it, it is just that I literally was not hungry and don't remember eating a decent meal in all weekend. I had cottage cheese and strawberries and just drank green tea. I think it was all the cooking that made me not really want to eat. I hope this week is better I need to start excercising and can't seem to get in gear.

Hi Lea, Thank you for all the work you do for the challenge. I am at 157.2 still. That is the same as last week. I stayed the same this week, but at least I did not gain. It is so hard to not get discouraged, or to not be afraid that this could be a stall. My other goal, other than to reach my weightloss goal, is to get into an exercise routine. I exercise, but it is more of a hit-and-miss type of exercise than a routine that I follow every day. I know that we are supposed to be making life changes or this weightloss will not be permanent. Take care and have a great week everyone!! Patti

Well it feels like I've hit a stall at 5 months. Only 1 other one prior to that so I consider myself lucky. My current weight is at 175.5lbs and Aunt Flo is about to depart. Hopefully when she leaves I'll drop a bit. My goal for this challenge is to take better care of myself. I haven't been consistant with my vitamins or excercise. My 6 month check is this month w/ blood work. I've been a bit stressed lately and haven't been eating properly cause I lost my job but was able to get another one within a day. New place, new people, new responsibilities... no insurance. Ain't life grand! I'm hoping things will be more settled by the end of the month. Take care! DeeD
