ROLL CALL!! Sept 10th, 2007
hiya Lea and all ... This will be the first of many mini challenges for me on here that is.. my highest weight was 400 ... lost 200 gained 70 back .. decided gastric bypass ... my pre op weight was 256.. my 1 month check up 233... so my halloween goal is to drop 34lbs and be in one-derland....
also to get in enough protein and water.. and exercise... to make time for myself and remember who i am and where i came from to get here.

I'd like to join my first mini challenge. Pre-op 241/Surgery Day 234/Current 138/Goal Anything in the 120's.
My birthday is October 30th, so, I'd like to get off the last 8-10 pounds by then. We'll see.
Goal would be to exercise more (more cardio) and to work on self acceptance/body image. Are we ever satisfied with how we look????

I am down this morning by 2#...YEAH!!! Last week I was 151 and today 149. My goal this challenge is more exercise. I have really slacked in this area. I keep saying I will join the gym and then something comes up. My goal is to exercise 4x per week. I need to tone and take off these last 30lbs.

ya i jinxed myself by posting the other day about my weight loss this past week, lols. stuck at 132 for two days now. but that's cool! i mean heck, i've lost more just last week than i did ALL MONTH last month
as for goals, nothing besides making myself stay on track and meeting my weight goal, hopefully by my daughter's birthday on 9-25! i'm not going to get myself too worked up though if it doesn't happen by then because i know that it WILL happen, and soon too!
Hi Everyone! I weighed in this morning at 180 (which was my Labor Day goal). I've been at 179 for a few days, and then it bounced back up to 180 today. Bummer. Hopefully, I'll do better next week.
On a good note, my 6 month surgiversary is Thursday!! YEAH!! I"M SO EXCITED.
As far as another goal, I signed up for a 10k December 9th. I'm going to train for it, so by Halloween I want to be at 5 miles. I'll include that with my final challenge weight at the end of this challenge.

I'm at 242 which is a 1 lb loss. I was hoping for more. This was my best week of eating correctly and exercising at the same time. Maybe next week.
My goal for this round is to keep up the exercise. I'm walking at least 1.5 miles a day. I hope to incorporate some toning exercises, but my Rhuematiod Arthritis is rearing it's ugly head this week and my right shoulder and arm are incompacitated. I'll go see the dr and start back on my meds and hopefully in a couple of weeks I'll be functioning again.

Hi I am pre op and new to the challenges and such but my surgery is the 21st of this month
My highest weight was 350
my current weight is 324
I hope to lose about 5 more ( liquid diet right now till surgery) may lose a bit more who knows by surgery date
so by halloween I would like to be at 290 that is a little over a month out from surgery ( and still not sure what the realistic amount is but under 300 would be so great for me even if it was 299.9 but 290 or below is my goal!
also my goal is to be walking 90 minutes each day by then I currently do 30 minutes
