ROLL CALL!! Sept 10th, 2007
My current weight is 349 (got weighed Friday), in addition to getting to my Halloween goal weight I want to start an exercise routine. I exercise now (walk around track or walking video) but it is not consistent. I exercise 3 times per week any day or time, I was exercising everyday, it seems the farther I get into the journey the less I exercise. I need to reverse that and increase my exercise and make it a routine. I am joining the Y this week and will sign in for classes and make this a part of my daily routine.

I also want to continue to make more time for me, I have been working way to much and neglecting my exercise soooooo I want to also set a goal too get to the gym a minimum of 4 days a week, instead of just 2.

My goal is to start taking better care of myself! I want to make sure that beyond the health thing that I have been spending so much time on that I also take care of the inside me. I want to get my hair and nails done as well as join the local gym so that I feel good about myself while I am trying to make myself feel better. Hope that makes sense.

My current weight is 183. I lost 3 lbs this week!
My goal this challenge is to transition into "maintenance". I have 13 more lbs to loose and I'm terrified about maintenance. I always say, I'm great at loosing weight, I'm awful at keeping it off! So, my challenge is to get right in the head. I want to eventually get to a point where food and exercise choices come naturally. I want to accept my new body & life! I WILL KEEP IT OFF!

This is my first mini challenge and I am very excited to participate. I had my RNY on 7/10/07 so I am two months out.

Pre-Op Weight 313.0
Current Weight 282.7
Mini Goal 257.7 (25pounds)
Final Goal 150
I have fallen behind on my excersice regim. I am hoping to start a walking program now that the weather has started to cool down sligthly. We have been in the high 90's & 100's for the last month or so. Someone recommended the Walk off the pounds tapes. You can walk up to four miles in a tape. They are very intersting and motivating. Wish me luck. I am hoping to be able to commit to a walking program at least 3-4 nights a week.
