ROLL CALL!! Sept 10th, 2007
I am not happy with my weight fluctuation. I started the Labor day challenge at 148 and I am starting the Halloween challenge at 151!!! What is wrong with me? Ok, so I know there is nothing wrong with me, just with my eating habits. So I will start this week with trying to cut out the grazing. I want to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. ( OH my this will be tough!!)
Lets see how it goes, I am off to go hiking right now, so that will help burn some of those pounds back off of me.

I really have a problem with grazing too, i did really really well this weekend and then today i mowed thru the soycrisps.. i am forbidding myself anysnaking tonight... nonono... I can't exercise right now cause my back is so messed up... i have 4 bad discs and a pinched nerve in my back, the sciatic nerve is pinched and so painful, duh hence the term sciatica, however i also have a torn rotator cuff and pinched nerve in my neck and right now they are all screaming.... I got a steroid shot in my back thursday and it helped some but it's still hurting....
My new weight is 196
Like you Lea, I really need to get in my exercise. I can't even say I have slacked off, because other than dancing on a very regular basis, I just haven't done ANY since my surgery. So this week and during this challenge is my time to get on the exercise and keep the pounds coming off.
Thanks I'm getting so close to my personal goal weigh that soon I won't have anything to loose other than getting PS on my tummy and other areas. For me right now I have just 20 more lbs. For the doctor he wants me more around 140 so add another 10 to that. But I'll be happy at 150. If the other 10 comes off well so be it. I want to once I hit 150 stablize my weight.
