I'm still going up and down that same pound...217. I'm going to agree with what another has posted and I too want to change the habit of weighing myself everyday sometimes twice. I know I am losing "size" cause my clothes ar still getiing bigger but it is so fraustrating to get on that scale and it still not moving in leaps and bounds like I want. I have NO idea what I weighed when we started this but I am down a little as I FINALLY dropped this week to 249 which can I say I do not ever remember weighing less then 250, which is so sad. I am really trying to excerse more and have 3 nights so far this week. Hope everyone is having a good week and a great weekend. Diana

Current wt 360lbs. My goal is to sign my entire family up to join the Y and to actually go. For all of us to go together atleast one a week, and for me and my five year old son to go three times a week together. I want to get my whole family back on track. Other goals are to maintain my fluid and protein intake, I have fallen off a few days,

Hey Lea, I am at 154 today. wooo hoo.... I am at the end of the week that I lose weight so it will probably stay here for the next 3 weeks. Seems I lose one week and stay the same the other 3. At least the scale is going down. I just bought weights and have decided to start working on my arms. My arms are pretty scrawny but I have bat wings. I was thinking if I could pump up the muscle a bit then my arms would actually get a little bigger and less hanging skin. Think it would work. My upper arm only measures 11 1/2 inches so I think they could grow a little. Anyhow, we are still working on clenaing the lower level of our home that got flooded out. Anyone have an extra bed? We lost all our bedroom furnature. Some people lost their whole house so I am fortunate. Brenda

I'd love to join! My pre-op weight was 390 and I am currently at 286. My Halloween goal is 270. It's a little stretched but my optimal goal is to work my butt off with exercise which I need to bump up! I live in TX so the heat is dwindling and I can get out and walk - YIPPPPEEEEEE!!!! So put me down for 270 by Halloween and I will cross my fingers while I work my butt off! Thanks for doing this again!

Hi all, Just seeing this post today and would love to participate in the challenge. My surgery was one year ago Sept. 11th, my high was 280, day of surgery 267 and as of today I am at 158 for a loss of 122 lbs. I would like to lose at least 10 lbs between now and Halloween. The big thing I need to work on is water intake. Somedays it is still hard to do. I am looking forward to doing this challenge with all of you.

This is also my first challange!! I am 2.5 weeks post-op so I am not sure how fast or slow i will lose. But here is my stats: highest weight 321 day one of 3 week liquid diet 307 day of surgery 288 2 week weigh in 275.5 halloween goal 255 (think that is reasonable?) Also want to start exersicing more consistantly. i get it inevery 3 days. Rebecca
