Please add me to the challenge.
My goal this challenge is to increase my exercise, increase my protein intake, increase my water intake. I am down to my last stretch of 58 lbs. I have been made aware of so many folks that have gained all their weight back after surgery. My goal is to stay focused, disciplined and determined to meet and keep my goals. I will not be a failure.
I just won't.
My goal for the Halloween mini challenge is to lose 18 lbs. That would put me at 170 lbs. My weight loss has slowed down as well.
Start weight: 275 lbs
Current weight: 188 lbs
Mini Challenge Goal: 170 lbs
Goal Weight: 130 lbs

I am joining late, but this will be good for me. Thanks so much for doing this. I am currently in the pre-op Liquid Protein Phase. My surgery is 9/25 Gastric Bypass in Kansas City.
Highest in 2/07: 270
Current: 240
Surgery: ???
Halloween: 220 lbs.
Exercise Goal: 5 times a week before surgery and walking daily post-op. Back to water aerobics ASAP Post-op.

Here lately I have gone the other direction of gaining. My highest weight was 297, current weight is 235 and my goal weight overall is 135. But for the challenge my goal is 220-225. My goal is to get back into doing my exercise and getting my protiens in. I have slacked off and now it is time to get back on track. I want to wish everyone luck in reaching their goals...

This week I weighed in at 307. That puts me at 85# lost since consultation!!! Yeah. For me I hope to lose some of my apron and be able to wear some of the clothes Ihave been given. I Keep saying another 10# and I should be able to wear this... That was 25# ago, sooooo maybe by Halloween I can wear these skirts.

I'm stuck at 178. I can't get off that number no matter what. So I'm changing up how I eat and trying to drink several protein drinks a day and water every hour that I'm not eating a 2 oz protein snack or drinking a protein drink. I mean EVERY hour, on the hour, drinking 8 oz water, or a protein drink, or having a 2-3 oz protein snack. I did it today, and didn't get in but 3 protein drinks and only 3 snacks. I got so full from the whole thing, I couldn't eat the 3 oz dinner protein portion with veggies!
We'll see if I have done myself any good in breaking my body's set point where I've been for months! I want to weight 165. I will work towards 175 for now.
Ok I have never done a challenge before but I believe I need one now more than ever. I am 4 months out and have been stalled for 4 or 5 weeks down this is very discurring. My heightest weight at surgery was 253 and now I weight 179-181 so by Halloween. I would love to weight 165. I really need to work on my exercise its is overwelming now working, going to school,and trying to have time for my family but my goal is to exercise at lease 45 min 5 days a week. I am going to need all of you guys support.
