9/9/07 Sunday What did you eat today?
breakfast: 1c Kashi Go Lean, 3/4c skim milk and 1/2 small banana...23g
snack: ice coffee decaf w/ cream
lunch: 2 eggs and 4 oz. steak...40g
snack: 1/3c lentil stew, 2 Ak Mak crackers and 1/3c cantaloupe...4g
supper: 4 oz smoked shoulder, 1/4c boiled carrot, and 1/8c boiled potato, 5 salad croutons and 1/3c cantaloupe...28g
Plus 70 oz water, and all suplements and vitamins.
Today I did 4 stores (in and out of the car and up and down the aisles) dragging my DH with me, that has to count for more...LOL
I just can't seem to get wholly back on track... I got up late today. I haven't been sleeping too well lately (wonder why...) and for whatever reason, my family let me sleep till NOON today! Hubby came to snuggle for a while about then and asked me if I was okay... I told him that I just needed the rest I guess because I "feel" fine. Just all the crap in my mind that won't let me sleep! So, I got some rest, but it throws off my day of eating!
Breakfast--two of my pumpkin/blueberry/pecan muffins with protein that I made and froze early this past week and they heated very well in the microwave and were yummy! (took vitamins also)
snack--calcium, fish oil, and 32 ozs iced tea with splenda/lemon
lunch--leftover beef stew from last night's dinner

dinner--barilla protein pasta with meat sauce (italian sausage and ground beef) and parmesan cheese on top
dessert--cookie or Slim a Bear bar...haven't decided yet!
Another 60 to 65 gram day... Got to get back in the 70s!

I really don't have any problem getting protein in or staying low sugar/lowfat, but I am cross addicted to coffee.. and I struggle with the grazing on the crackers or soy crisps tend to justify the soy crisps as they do have a fair amt of protein in them...

6 AM Bkft: 100 cal English muffin w/1 packet Cream cheese and 1T. SF apricot jam/coffee
2nd Bkft w/hubby: egg white omelet w/sausage
Snack: protein bar
lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese w/salsa and 6 flaxseed chips
dinner: chicken white bean chili (1 c)/corn bread
Walked 30 minutes.
Lots of iced tea and water.
