9/8/07 What did you eat today?
Still not really back up to par... Probably only 60 grams of protein for the day and I'm getting constipated again... UGH!! Hopefully all the veggies in tonight's stew and the Benefiber I added to my tea AND the stool softener will get that back under control!
breakfast--peanut butter on 1 slice whole wheat (Nature's Own double fiber/lower carb) bread, vitamins
snack--calcium, fish oil, 32 ozs iced tea
lunch--leftover steak from last night
snack--cracker cut cheese (cheddar), calcium, fish oil, 32 ozs iced tea
dinner--beef stew, a bit of garlic bread
dessert--before bed, I'll have an oatmeal/chocolate chip/pecan and protein cookie (see my recipe in my blog at http://www.obesityhelp.com/member/lea2be/uzone,blog/action,comments/blog_id,58957/blog_pos

That is it for me today. I have been cleaning house and decluttering a bit. With my oldest married now, there is no reason to save her room as a bedroom when I soooo need the space for my office for work and all my non-profit volunteer stuff. SO, she won't know what hit this place if she ever comes home again! LOL

Breakfast - some water, calcium
Snack - some nuts maybe 10 cashews
Some more water
Lunch - 2 bites of steak from my brothers plate and some mashed potatoes. a few bites of chili bean soup from chris and pitts
Snack - Two Ok mok crackers and 2 tbsp of hummus
Need to get more water in not nearly enough. UGH. We are going swimming later tonight.
Walked the mall a little today. I am still using the cane to get around so not very fast but I am doing it!
breakfast...7 oz Fage yogurt blended with 1/2 cup cantaloupe & 1/2 banana 19g
snack...1/2 cup lentil stew 3g
lunch...1/2 cup lentil stew with 2 oz roasted chicken meat 21g
supper...3/4 cup lentil stew with 1/4 cup baked ricotta (mixed with eggs and grated cheese) and cantaloupe 12g
snac****d decaf w/cream and equal
snack...cantaloupe with a few crackers and 1T melted brie 6g
All vitamins and supplements and 70 oz of water.
Exercise, well.....I didn't go to the "Y" today, but I did do my "go to the stores and walk up and down the aisles. Three of them, yes I know, it is called shopping, but I really don't shop, just get the exercise, it is soooooo great to be able to get in and out of the car multiple times and "do" the stores.
Breakfast: 16oz protein shake with sf peppermint paddy syrup in it, 30 grams
lunch: 2 cheese sticks and 1/2 protein bar 21 grams
snack: venti sf, ff cinnamon dolce late 20 grams
diet green tea
dinner: 3oz pk chop, and 1/4 cup cabbage 20 grams
some sf popsicles for snack and some soy crisps
more green tea.....
Off to Columbus today for the game
Crack of dawn: 100 cal english muffin w/cream cheese and 1 T. SF jam
Bkfst in Columbus (8 AM): mini Mexican style omelet omelet (ate 1/2) 1/2 raisin english muffin, 3 grapes (rest of fruit cup was yucky)
Snack during 2nd quarter in rain: 2 cheese sticks and Atkins bar (sneaked them into the Stadium in my purse!!!)
Dinner: insides of beef enchilada, 1/2 order of refried beans, 1/2 salad w/ranch. some chips and salsa
Snack: coffee and 3 Dove dark chocolates w/mint caramel (oh my god!!!!)
Lots of water and iced tea
Exercise: climbed to the very top of C-deck (sort of like summiting on Everest) and back down; walked to and from car.
