9/6/07 What did you eat today?
Another day down... How did you do? I'm still not completely back on track, but I did do better.
early AM--iced tea and vitamins
breakfast--SlimFast high protein granola bar
mid morning--calcium and fish oil, iced tea
mid afternoon--calcium and fish oil, ice tea
dinner--chicken breast, black beans, diced tomatoes and a bit of yellow rice that all of this was cooked in
evening--vitamins and iced tea
evening snack--oatmeal chocolate chip cookie (made with almond flour and protein powder) with about 8 oz milk
I probably will have about 55 grams of protein for today which is SO much better than the 30 or so for yesterday but still not enough to be back on track. I'll aim to hit 60 or more tomorrow and then be back in the 70s for the weekend again...
On another note, for whatever reason, my weight was down to 226 today. That is a 3 pound loss since Tuesday after having lost 3 or 4 pounds between Sunday and Tuesday... 233 on Sunday morning, 229 on Tuesday morning, and 226 this morning. I don't know what is going on, but I hope it sticks!

After Workout: Protein shake
D: 4 tbsp. Hummus, 5 Blackberries, 2 tbsp. Soy nuts
Water: 148 oz.
Exercise: 40 min. Elliptical, 13 Flights of stairs
Note: Protein shakes are with 8 oz. skim milk. 25g protein from protein powder.
Here's it for me....
Pre breakfast: 20 oz of water and my vitamins
Breakfast: Snickers protein bar (on the go)
Lunch: 2/3 of a Mexican bean and cheese burrito from the truck
Dinner: A couple bites of buffalo boneless wings from Chillis, a few nibbles of a single baby back rib, a couple potato cut french fries, and some strawberry lemonade after my food settled.
I have to admit, dinner was a bit of a treat, and not something I do all of the time. I was very conservative, and didn't feel sick afterwards. Of course, I'm still losing like crazy!!

Also I walked for the second day in a row. Went for 35 minutes, upped walking time by 5 whole minutes.

Hi all,
Breakfast: protien drink and vitamins
Lunch: Half of girlled cheese and ham sandwich on wheat grapes and ice tea
Dinner: Baked potato 2 slices of avacado water
I didn't workout today, went to doctor's and visited with my sister. I was actually able to eat without getting that nauseated from the food, and that was great. Aslo I'm down 3 more lbs since Monday at 192.

Breakfast: bacon, egg and cheese (Tim Horton's no bread)
Snack: iced coffee with cream
Lunch: 1/4c Beans and greens, 1/4c baked ricotta (mixed with eggs and grated cheese)
Supper: 1/4c baked ricotta, small salad 1tsp lite dressing, 1/8c spaghetti (Barilla plus)
Snack: Iced decaf coffee with cream
Snack: 1/2c cantaloupe
Two hours in the pool at the "Y", doing water aerobics, walking and just floating and chatting with water buddies
