New for the Halloween Round
Okay, we tried to get this rolling for the Labor Day round by just posting it here on the board, but folks just didn't pick up on it. We'd very much like to have a daily post where we list what we are eating. It gives us another area of accountability to help us stay focused and on track. This has been requested by members and I'd like to see us make a go of it! What do the rest of you think?? In the future rounds, you will post your current weight once a week as usual, but you will also be asked to post somewhat daily and tell what you ate... Think that is doable??

I will do my best, but my schedule is CRAZY. I work full time and I am a full time studen, pluss I have 2 kids and a dog. I will post what I can, though. I know already I will get comments on not getting enough protein through food, but I really don't eat enough(my Dr. has said that). I am trying though. I would love to see everyones comments to see what everyone else is eating though.

I'M 167 TODAY YAHOO AND YIPPY SKIPPY, NOW, i NEED PRAYERS DESPARATELY, I WORKED OUT ON TREADMILL THIS MORNING AND HAD TO POTTY, WHILE ON THE POT, I FELT AN ELECTRIC SHOCK GO UP MY BACK AND MY BACK WENT OUT, i HAVE SCIATICA AND DEGENERATIVE DISCS DISEASE IN LOW BACK, WAS ALMOST WHEELCHAIR BOUND BEFORE SURGERY, HUBBY ON WAY NOW TO PICK UP DRUGS FROM PHARMACY.... pLEASE PRAY IT WILL RELAX, I CAN'T MISS WORK OR WORKOUTS, PLUS i TAKE CARE OF MY MOM....
