Hi Gang, I have been working on this problem for a while now (at least a month)! I was recently told my vitamin B-1 was so low it was unreadable, other B's low as well, vitamin D, and Calcium as well. I am giving myself weekly vitamin B shots, and now religiously taking my other vitamins. Here's the thing, I don't feel as if I am getting any better. No more energy! When I first began to lose weight had energy to spare; now I tier easily and feel blaaa! I am also having a heavy pressure in my left ear; and sometimes it makes me very dizzy!! Does nerve damage come in to play with vitamins and the workings of your inner ear?? And can it be reversable if you do have it? I am six months post op RNY. I am really beginnig to worry. I don't want to encur and perment damages from this; I did my surgery to become healthier! Any information great appreciated; things I have read on Web MD have me scared to death! Thanks, Judy R
