Weds 7/18 Food log & exercise
Okay, fess up! What did you eat today? And, did you move to lose?

Breakfast
Nature's Own double-fiber whole wheat bread with 2 tbsp peanut butter
Lunch
pork chop and butter beans
Dinner
I'm thinking bratwurst!
No real snacks so far today. I usually have something around 9pm--often white cheddar popcorn or some protein crisps from Kay's Naturals.
Exercise for today will be some lawn mowing once the sun goes down a bit... It is WAY to hot right now!
I've already gotten in about 40 ozs of unsweet iced tea and will hit 100 or more before the end of the day.

Breakfast - 1/2 a wheat pocket w/ 2 oz cheddar cheese melted
Lunch - 3 crab and corn cakes ( fried so not great)
Snack - Oh Yeah protein wafer
Dinner - prob salad with some tuna
No exercise today as it rained with Thunder for most of the day.
I will be working on the fluids tonight too as I haven't had more than maybe 12oz so far.
