ate and excersise 7/17
Well I was a bad girl today with no technical workout, though I did move a lot today! As far as my food goes...
Cup of decaf coffee
2 mushrooms with cream cheese
yogurt
1 strawberry
1/4 cup of goldfish
1/2 slice of pizza
1/2 cup of chili with cheese
protein bullet(through out the day)
water ( through out the day)
I am having a very difficult time getting in my calories!!! But at least I am not eating to many, right?!
I did pretty good today- I walked for 1 hr pushing the double stroller with only 2 short potty breaks for the kiddies
Breakfast- 2 Protein wafers
Lunch - 1/2 Hot roast beef sandwich without bread
Snack - 2 Protein wafers
Dinner - Salad with dressing and mozzarella balls and sliced ham
Thinking of another snack at 11:40pm as I am still at work but trying to talk myself out of it.
