Breakfast:
Atkins muffin/cream cheese
Brunch:
Egg white omelet with bacon and cheese
Snack: CarbMasters Yogurt/Teddy Grahams
Dinner: Sausage, cheese, tomato sauce, green bean casserole
Snack: Pure protein bar
Exercise: powerwalking, house cleaning, circuit training
