Saturday 7/14 Eat and Exercise
mcd's ranch grilled chicken snack wrap minus the tortilla
poor mans beef stew (about 2 ounces)
three 12 oz milo's splenda teas
1/2 of a strawberry 50 gram slam
no exercise today (saturday) but i'm going to a water park with my daughter on sunday so hopefully that'll pull me out of this stupid slump i'm in right now.
I have had an okay day...not perfect, but okay!
breakfast---SlimFast low carb RTD
lunch--Special K protein plus cereal with milk
snack--white cheddar popcorn
dinner--grilled burger broken up in a bowl with shredded cheese melted over top of it
That was about 70 grams of protein and I've also had 64 ozs of clear liquids (I don't count the milk or the protein drink in my daily liquids).
Exercise--I wasn't going to do it because it rained some, but I went out and mowed for an hour after all!
